"Had a pleasant stay at Arte Plus by Sleepy Bear. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The room was comfortable and generally clean, providing a cozy environment for both business and leisure travelers. The service was outstanding, with responsive and helpful staff throughout the stay. The amenities were good and met my basic needs, making the overall experience convenient and enjoyable. A few minor improvements in cleanliness and facilities would make the stay even better, but overall it offers great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit."

"I was excited to stay at Arte Plus Ampang because I read about other reviews can use the other facilities there like the spa pool etc, when I arrived only to realised we are not allowed to use other facilities. Also it's 1 lift per unit, but when we arrived the same day, the lift was under maintenance until the last day we stayed there. We don't even know how to exit the building, and figured out to use bomba lift, that was the only inconvenience. Finally 1 day bomba lift also ko, and my husband had to run downstairs using the stairs, then met a guard downstairs and he used another unit's lift to send us back to our unit. Overall the unit is up to expectations, just that to enter the unit from car park, need to change lift."
