New Hotels in Kuala Lumpur

"Check-in was a breeze. Although, they should be the one reaching out to us 1st one day before check-in date instead of us reaching out to them. Location was great and 10mins walk to TRX Mall. One of the 3, 2bed-rooms we booked, only 2 were fully ready upon checked in at 530pm. We got an unpleasant surprise when we checked into the 3rd bedroom and the room was in a complete mess and wasn't ready for us! It looked liked someone checked-out but housekeeping failed to make-up the room for the next guest's check-in. We had to wait for 45mins to get the cleaners to clean the room and change the bed linen and towels. There is no ventilation fan in the lift and it's stuffy and uncomfortable especially coming from 55th floor to Ground level. Nevertheless, aside from the above, the room was comfortable and will readily recommend it to others."

"Everything was great! It was clean and new. The location was also quite good, just a short walk to the LRT station. Within a 10-minute walk, you could reach a food haven with hawker centers, cafes, and more. One thing the host should pay attention to is sending the check-in process details in advance, as not receiving them caused a lot of inconvenience! Even though I arrived an hour early and the cleaning was already done, early check-in was not allowed. Those looking for an early check-in should be cautious when choosing this place!"

"Overall, it was clean and tidy, except for a slight odor from the drains, everything else was great! Of course, it wasn't cheap, but it's much cheaper today. If it had been this cheap earlier, I would have stayed a couple more days!"

"The room itself was great with a lovely view of the towers. Beds were super comfortable and having a kitchen and fridge was class. It’s just the hotel lacked. For example there are 100s of people staying and they have 3 lifts where you can fit a max of 10 people inside so the lifts are always full…. Especially in the evenings. Countless times I gave up waiting and walked to the 19th floor as it was faster. Also this is only small but when you were in the gym, could there be a rule on not allowing people to just walk in from the pool all wet and hop on machines to take selfies for their social media. I don’t want to see people taking their clothes off into their bikinis to snap a photo for the gram when people are trying to use those machines."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and the overall hygiene was impressive. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special bonus during our stay was that the FIFA World Cup Final was on that night. There was a large outdoor screen at the venue directly opposite the hotel, just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the match and the amazing atmosphere without needing any transportation. The hotel also offers free parking, which was a great added convenience. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"The rooms had a strong sewage smell, but otherwise everything else was perfect. The pool was great, and the service was excellent. They were happy to help with everything. The location was top-notch, not too busy but also not too far from the city."

"My stay at Quill Residence left a great impression. What I was most satisfied with after checking in was the overall cleanliness; the room was tidied up very comfortably, the space looked neat and uncluttered, and you could tell the staff paid attention to detail in their maintenance. "The people here are very kind and honest. I accidentally dropped my medicine bag, and it was returned to me that same night. Before I left, they even followed up to make sure I had received it. While the place can be a little noisy at times, the affordable price and convenient location more than make up for it."

"The room is very spacious with two bedrooms, perfect for families with two kids. The balcony offers a view of the Petronas Twin Towers, and there are many Chinese restaurants downstairs."

"Good: Easy check in, just whatsapp the host, and he give us entry about 2.30pm even, when check in time is 3pm, which was awesome. Gym and Swimming pool is awesome, both open till late night 10pm. Deposit RM200, is returned upon exit. I did throw the rubbish at designated place, wash all used dishes and utensils. Can Improve: There was a big chuck of hair, which blew of from below the bed, show that the room is cleaned in the surface level only. Room check out time is 11am, as I woke up late at 10am, I asked host if can check out 12pm, and I got straight declined [NO - response in whatsapp], can't complain much as it is the rules. So I had to rush to checkout and came down to the front desk at 10.57am, told that i'm there, but the front desk people just missing, and eventually the lady at desk beside, asked me what room i'm at, and helped me checkout. I wonder why if she could do it in first place, but let me stand there like a ”statue” for about 8min (managed to checkout at 11.05am), then eventually helped me. Later I saw the lady who actually in-charge of check out came in at 11.07am. So technically my assumption is 1 counter for check in another for check out. But please, basic principle is when a customer already there, just help to check out rather than making us wait. I would say this is minor issue as I waited not long, just about 8min, still if this is avoided, meaning this is amazing place to stay. As for the the lady who came late, who is checking out the customer, a simple sorry would be good rather than just purely avoiding eye-contact and looking cold, perhaps she just had bad day before today and rushed to work, and ended up coming late. Bad: No info on parking per day is RM15, so end up paying RM 15 + RM 15 = RM30 , as entry on Monday and exit on Tuesday. As this info should be told upon booking or at least anywhere in prominent places. Attached photo's are taken during my checkout."
