"Location! Location! Location! Situated close to the beach and the liveliest An Thuong Expat village. Great bars, massage spots, restaurants and other cuisines nearby. The hotel itself is solid. It has all what you need to make your stay memorable."

"The location of this property is excellent! Several decent coffee shops either downstairs or within a few minutes walk. Lots of restaurants around the hotel, 5 minutes walk to the My Khe Beach. Surroundings give strong touristy feeling and lots of restaurants around are purely open for tourists. But this is understandable as locals do not really come to this end for food and leisure much. The hotel room is basic, but it has everything you need. Shower gel and shampoos are not in bottles, but little sachets, they get replaced daily, two free bottles of water are also replenished on a daily basis. There is only one thing that didn’t feel great was that, the listing picture (attached) is so different to the room we get, it also says 35 square metres for the room, however, the room we were given was no where near that size. Felt a bit misled to be honest. We enjoyed the balcony and it was a plus, and we enjoyed the balcony view. The aircon in our room was functioning well. Other than this, overall, it was a good stay I would say."

"We stayed in room 1104. Our view from the window was of the adjacent wall (about 1 meter away). At first glance, the room seemed relatively clean, but the bathroom smelled strongly of sewage. We had to sleep with the exhaust fan on all night, otherwise the smell would spread into the room. The towels were dirty and smelled really bad. The bed was elevated and shook with every movement, making it scary to sleep in. My impressions were negative, and I wouldn't recommend it."

"I really loved this hotel. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. The bed sheets are so soft I loved it!! I slept so good there. The service was perfect. Staff is super friendly and helpfull. I actually came to Ania Beach Hotel because it was too busy for me in the very touristic center of Da Nang but I still wanted to be close to the beach. I personally love being in a more local and peaceful area and I felt like this hotel was perfect! I’d recommend to still bring a pair of earbuds if you are an early sleeper though because the neighbours do like a good karaoke sometimes, but hey, that’s Vietnam right :) I defenitely do recommend! I slept lovely here. Thank you for the good service."

"The place is 1 minute walk to Dragon bridge, then Sontra night market, Han market, so convenient if you like in downtown area of Da nang. But only small space, the owner is very accomodating, and make sure we are ok on our stay."

"First time staying at Tru by Hilton hotel. Basic hotel, just like Holiday Inn Express IHG) and Ibis Styles (Accor). However I am surprised to see that hotel provides full sets of towels, bath, hand, face, and floor mat. Also comes with bathroom slippers. But there is no in room safety box. Breakfast is basic, good enough to fill the hungry stomach. Local dishes, bread, fruits, coffee tea, yogurt. Small gym. Game area. Lockers for luggage, washing machine. Near to local Han Market and Pink Cathedral. Good for budget travellers looking for international brand hotels"

"Nice place to stay and affordable price. Our room is big and clean. This place is safe for women also as i come with my mom. There’s a phone shop at the 1st floor so it might be a bit confusing but there’s small hallway that leads to lobby counter and elevator. Overall i’d recommend this place if you want to stay near airport and a friendly budget stay"

"A surprisingly big place for the price, complete with 2 excellent AC's and a ginormous ceiling fan over the bed. We were hoping for a kitchen with a microwave but I guess that was extra. Very good shower pressure and our apartment even included a washing machine, although we never used it. I'm leery on using such laundry machines, as I find they get jammed too often. The bed was very comfortable and the WiFi excellent, along with the AC units. It was a comfortable, roomy unit. The location is definitely one of the best things about this hotel, because you're practically right on the beach. In fact, we even had a view of the beach from our kitchen window. And there are plenty of restarants and amentities within the surrounding neighborhoods. And lots of bars and dance clubs too, if you love that kind of entertainment. All in all, a great little hotel with much to offer. And the price was super reasonable at just $145 CAD for 5 days. And we could've seen so much more too!"
