"Upon arriving we had to wait atleast 20 minutes to check in because of low staff to customer ratio. The floor were we were staying was extremely noisy. When checking the room I did notice the sheets had some type of stain on it on the pillow linings & the bathtub was disgustingly dirty. The bathtub had what seemed like ***** hair all over the walls and around the tub. I let the front desk know about these issues to which she told me she would not be able to do anything considering I had paid for the room ahead of time. I was so upset and just wanted to leave, I wish I could say nicer things about this stay considering it was a nice area but the hotel itself was a 2/10"
