Just looking out the window seeing items just thrown behind the hotel. Looked like appliances. Room 301 Could use more parking, a big delivery truck took up 3 spaces!

We were placed in a “smoking” room and told nothing else was available, even though we reserved a regular room and the website advertised the property as “smoke free”.

Great Service all around
Great customer service from the front desk to the cleaning crew. Breakfast was well stocked and very convenient for us on the move. We were very impressed with it all and will definitely stay here again if we ever visit Graham again

The mattress was to soft. We woke up with back aches. we have stayed in this hotel before and slept very comfortable but the room we got definitely needed a mattress upgrade

There was some kind of substance all over the tv. The bathtub had a lot of rust spots.

It was clean staff was friendly not a bunch of walking to get to the room there was an accurate towl in the bathroom when we got there my daughter had a rough night and they offered milk and if we need anything and they'll do their best to help with what we needed and very understanding

Staff was very helpful! Room was clean, quiet& comfortable. Had everything we needed & if we had questions or needed anything,the friendly staff was there for us. Will definitely refer family & friends!

Hotel is conveniently located in central Graham. It is a little outdated. Rooms are clean. Needs to be cleaned around behind property, what appears to be a hidden dump area is viewed by some back rooms.
