Lovely hotel in excellent location. However, when got back to our room in the evening, there was a loud disco going on above us, from the brochure of the hotel it was indicated this would end at midnight. We still heard it at 2am . We also tried to order room service and got no answer on phone. Finally, we were woken at 8am Sunday morning by what sounded like cleaners moving all the furniture and scrapping the floor. We mentioned it on checking out, and although the staff apologised, it did not sound very sincere. Would be reluctant to return .

Fabulous hotel, managed to get a parking space in the carpark. Would definitely go back

I booked the Vermont Aparthotel for a business trip to Newcastle, and my mum joined me, hence handy to book an apartment for more space. Great location, friendly stuff with good restaurant recommendations! We truly enjoyed it and would book the Vermont Aparthotel again next time.

Great hotel the rooms are good and service is great. We did have a bit of an issue with not having a physical card with us but staff were super helpful and we were able to solve this and pay the deposit.

Very good!! Even though we arrived at the hotel at 11 o'clock, the front desk was very enthusiastic to receive us. The room is very large, with a living room and kitchen area. Very good value for money. The only drawback may be that it was Monday and we were the only one in the room, so there was almost no heating and the room was very cold. The water didn't get hot after a long time, and it only got hot after I went to the front desk to tell the front desk. I wonder if the water heater was not turned on? But overall it was very good, and I will come again next time if I have the chance.
