I have stay at Leonardo Hotel in Exeter for three weeks. The service at the reception and housekeeping were very nice. I would say almost perfect but, at Leonardo in Newcastle, the bar made me very disappointed for room cleaning, no garbage change, no change new face tissue paper except toilet tissue, no washed the cup.I don’t have tissue paper. The room didn’t clean up. Unfortunately .

Our experience at this hotel was fantastic.
**Location:** The location was ideal for nightlife, with laughter and excitement nearby. However, the hotel's corner position shielded us from noise, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep for our kids. It was just a 7-minute walk to Central Station and the town, surrounded by numerous restaurants.
**Service and Cleanliness:** We arrived before the 3 PM check-in and were allowed to check in early, despite the 4 PM policy. The room was clean and spacious enough for our family. The lobby had a lovely sitting area and a small bar, but we chose to explore the many dining options in the city instead.

The hotel staff were lovely and the room was fine and clean. Great location, only 3-4 minutes from utilita arena. It could do with a bit of a refurbishment, our door was sticking, we couldn't get the shower to go hot but the taps were pumping out hot water. There was no tv remote but the staff came and got us one when we called dow. Overall, a good stay!

Little expensive for what it was. The hotel is a bit tired in a lot of places but it was clean & central enough location. Staff were friendly. Walls are very thin though!

Needs some updating. Broken floor tiles, chipped bath. Cold room. Key lock was very tempromental. Took us 10 minutes to unlock the door. And it was. 2 am, after a 4 hour flight

Allocated an accessible room which made our stay really comfortable. Lots of space in bedroom area as well as the en suite bathroom.
Nice bar and restaurant area. Friendly staff. Asked for an extra chair for the room which was promptly supplied. Plentiful tea, coffee and milk supplied in the room. What's not to like!
