Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel. The receptionist was polite. The room was spacious and comfortable, with good soundproofing and air conditioning. The location is ideal, close to the train station.

Great location, just a few minutes' walk from the castle. Plenty of restaurants and excellent coffee shops nearby. Everything is within walking distance since the area isn't very large. It was a really good experience overall. However, the hotel staff at reception were a bit cool/unfriendly.

The room's location is decent, but there's a nightclub downstairs that's loud until around 2:30 AM every night, making it impossible to sleep. For a triple room, the bathroom had no shower divider, so water splashed everywhere when showering.

The location is fantastic, just a four or five-minute walk from the train station. St. Nicholas Cathedral, the castle, and even the Tyne Bridge are all nearby, making it incredibly convenient. It's very quiet at night. The facilities are average, and I think the cleanliness could be improved.

The hotel is right next to Newcastle train station, just a 5-minute walk away. The environment is quite good, although the room is a bit small, but for less than 500 RMB during the May Day holiday, what more could you ask for? The hygiene was excellent. Highly recommended for solo travelers.

Very easy checked in and out. Hotel is very near to the Newcastle Central train station and attractions. Although encountering small issues with the room air conditioner, the issue was fast being resolved and the staff in charged was very kind to give us the breakfast as a token of compensation. All the staff are friendly and a hotel to stay when you’re here in Newcastle.
