Right. So. Came coz it’s my boyfriend’s 22nd birthday and we first were greeted with people hanging about outside, we went in and the staff were lovely bless them the lady was so kind on the desk we got 2 free drink vouchers (wich I got a pint of carling and my boyfriend got a coke) we get our key n go to the room put down our things and see its a mess, im not normaly one to complain about thigns like this but when im paying £90 for a room and then an additional £15 parking (which is not stated in the booking it just says parking is available) hand towels were a yellow colour, stains on the seats (in the shape of down there lips) , the shower I’m not even sure if it had a head? It was the size of a 2 pence mabuy and there was quite a bit of lime scale in the bathroom, looked like a hair or a crack in the sink I didnt want to touch it tho with my barehands, was canny rough like for the pice lol. We literally went for the free pint and then left, we spoke to the woman at the front who sounded like she was already dealing with a complaint on the phone so we politely told her and showed her the photos of the room and we left, they said no refunds and she would speak to the cleaner. Lucky the staff were lovely and we had been to a lovely golf place in the metro center before hand so we were in a good mood, just a waste of £100 really for us to just drive back home. The lady did offer us to change the towels n sheets but I didn’t want to cause more hastle and the fist room had put me off because I just thought nothing else would of really been clean in there, once again thank you to the staff at the front so polite but just room was not ok really for price like, I wouldn’t stay here if I were you.
