The rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any requests. One of the highlights was the easy access to shops, restaurants, and transport links. Whether you’re in Stratford for business or leisure, this hotel is a great choice. Highly recommended!

My stay was from the 1st-3rd January 2025. I arrived London on the 31st of December for the NYE fireworks. I had called earlier to find out if i could drop off my bags a day ahead of my checkin and they were gracious enough to oblige. I dropped off my bags and headed to London Eye for the countdown, and a few other parties after the fireworks. I got back to the hotel at about 5:34am and the front desk personnel informed me that I could check in immediately instead of waiting till 2pm which was such a bliss!!!

due to the room rate we booked, we had - no slipper in room - no bathrobe there was: - fridge - iron and ironing board - kettle - hairdryer which was convenient. toilet was spacious which is a plus point and water pressure is good. twin bed selection was good as the bed was slightly larger than a single bed, so was comfortable, although the pillows were a bit too soft, but we did not check whether there was any option to change the pillow or not. our friends did not get the welcome snack in their room unfortunately, something the hotel can take note of when preparing rooms for check in. there were a lot of power outlets which is a plus point. tv was down for the first 2 days, the hotel managed to get it up and working by the 3rd day. it would be great to have an option to connect to netflix or a connection wire in the room in case of such incidents. hairdryer is uk plug, but bathroom power point was a two pin, possibly something the hotel can take note of. since most people are using the hairdryer in the bathroom. one of the lifts was down during the period of our stay, coupled with the exclusive access lift over the weekend due to the rooftop bar event, it made the lift slightly congested for access to our rooms. this was observed while we sat at the lobby as many other guests were also waiting. exclusive access to rooftop event can be more obvious or have a sign indicated, as there was a few guests that used the other lifts and ended up wandering on the room floors, which can be managed better. we had to direct some guests back down to the first floor due to the confusion.

The hotel offers by far the best value for money in the area. The staff is incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely makes you feel welcome. They go out of their way to assist with any request you may have. The location is very central, just a short walk from Stratford International station. Westfield Shopping Mall is right around the corner, and you can easily reach both green spaces and the city center. It’s simply my favorite place to stay.

If you known London and if you known the hotel that you can find, this hotel is exactly the opposite: big rooms, extremely clean with all services that you expect by a four star hotel, included and incredible breakfast. The position is not the best one, but the hotel is so close to the tube and by the railway station. It possible to achieve the main attraction of the city in 20 minutes more and less. I’ll come back for sure.

Last minute staycation for my birthday with my girlfriend. Great location and good sized rooms. Didn't get to use as many of the amenities as only there for a night but the place had a really good vibe and I'd definitely go back.

The TV wouldn’t work in our room and while the check in staff were very very helpful the maintenance team didn’t show up to sort it. The following day we asked to have a room change which was no problem but we were put directly over the train station. They do supply ear plugs but boy is it noisy! Rooms are clean, facilities are good, staff friendly just make sure you ask for a room the opposite side of the hotel to the train station, unless you are a train spotter!

Convenient transportation, subway station and train station are nearby, and travel is convenient. Shopping is convenient, the supermarket store is near the hotel, shopping, dining is convenient, the rooms are cleaned, the breakfast is diverse, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, because the language is not fluent, patient and meticulous, to meet customer needs.

Everything was good in this price. one thing was not good to knock the door again and again in the morning to leave the room.
