Pleasant room. Only stayed for 8 hours in total, so did not use any of the hotel amenities. Decor is looking a little worn but far from outdated and dilapidated. Bedroom was a fair size and tidy. Tea/coffee supplies, bottled water, hairdryer, iron, soap/shampoo/shower gel. The only thing thing letting the stay down was the bed. The frame felt a little unstable and the mattress felt very ‘bouncy’ and cheap. I still managed to sleep ok but I have slept in much more comfortable beds at basic hotels. Overall, for the amount I paid, it was well worth the stay.

The pool is very awkward walking through the gym in costume and through the halls after changing in a random room. Not what i would. Expect from a hotel of this rating. Ruined the stay a bit.

Excellent service, as always. Good gym facilities and pool. Changing rooms being refurbished but robes are provided instead. Beautiful room - I was upgraded to a suite on this particular stay. Great location, convenient to M3. I stay here regularly and it never disappoints. Also very good value for money.

The most horrendous hotel I’ve been !!!!!! AVOID !!!!!! It’s dirty , it’s not comfortable, lack of amenities, no massage booking for a SPA hotel !!!!!!!!!!!! All pictures are fake , the hot tub has been out of service since lockdown and still advertised ! The lack of the communication is insane ! The reception don’t bother about your query , complaint, concerns !
The only positive note was the lady at the gym reception absolutely a gem with us ! Really lovely

Enjoyed our 1 night stay. Room was clean, staff friendly. Did not eat but the food in the bar looked nice and was reasonably priced. Would happily stay again. View from our hotel room.
