There is a woman on the desk in the morning that is just so unbelievably rude! I have never understood why some people work in customer service if they don’t like people because I have stayed multiple times now due to convenience and each time i have it’s either been smelly and the staff have been rude! There is a guy that works during the night though that is kind and their best staff member but other than that. Awful.

The carpet in the hotel is quite dirty and the pillow quilt is too thin. The heater is too close to the bed and the sound insulation is not very good. There is no place to put things in the shower area.
