Elemental Surf Lodge

I stayed for three nights at this incredibly friendly surf lodge having randomly chosen it on line. The staff are young friendly and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. As I’d been allocated a twin bunk room which proved to be difficult for me as I have a spinal condition. However shortly after arrival I explained my problem at reception where they contacted the manage and without hesitation offered me an amazing upgrade at no extra cost which was a spacious room with a sea view and an immaculate en suite bathroom for the duration of my stay. The staff felt as if they were actually friends with their easygoing manner and desire to please. It has to be said they made my first stay in Cornwall super enjoyable and can’t wait to return! Stayed here with my teen son. Room was fine for us, super close to town and beaches. Great food nearby. Close to several really good coffee shops. Tons of stuff if you have smaller children with you. Communal room was good to use, pool table, football table plenty of games. I found the room super cheap for the two of us especially as we were staying mid August in the middle of Newquay. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be visiting again.

We spent a wonderful weekend here. The location is excellent, close to the beach, two beaches in fact, close to the town center, close to shops, and a laundry nearby. There's a Thai takeaway on-site, and the food is incredibly delicious and reasonably priced. A simple but fresh breakfast is served. In the evenings, you can play billiards, table football, and various board games. The room we were given was clean, with towels and linens, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. From the room, we could admire the view of both beaches and admire the beautiful sunsets. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to everyone.

Our family stayed here for 2 nights its has a family feel to it. Close to Fistral beach, close to town centre. A place to rinse before going back in so sand doesn’t get every where and you can also hang your wetsuits to dry. There’s a place you can play board games and play pool .Antony and the staff are super friendly. Thank you for lending me the hair dryer last night . All the best ☺️

Stayed here for 5 nights whilst participating in a surfing trip/competition with work. The room was a 4 man room with bunk beds and an en suite. Clean, comfortable and it had hot water-what more do you need? The breakfast was decent and the staff were brilliant. If you simply need a location to operate out of then this place is perfect.

This is a great place to stay in Newquay for a surftrip. Great location near fistral beach and restaurants and coffeebars nearby. Finally a very friendly and fun staff and a lot of indoor options to have fun with friends. Also a good of opportunity to meet other friendly people in a good hostel vibe.

Great little place with plenty to do close by. Went away with 3 mates and none of us have a bad thing to say about it. Very friendly staff and locals. Reasonably priced. We hope to stay again in the future!
