The Harbour

We were having a walkabout in Newquay on our first visit and by chance came across this beautiful hotel and restaurant. We went in for a quick light lunch but stayed for three hours, sitting in the sun on the sheltered terrace, eating delicious food and chatting with the owners. It's a real hidden gem. We'll be back as soon as we can to stay a few days and sample all the goodies Aaron creates in the kitchen. A memorable first visit, but certainly not our last.

Our two-night stay at The Harbour Hotel was incredible, and we only wish it could have been longer. After a horrendous journey by train, we were warmly welcomed by Aaron. I truly cannot praise him enough—he is an exceptional human being and a phenomenal chef. I highly recommend both the hotel and its top-notch restaurant. A first-class experience all around.

Wonderful little hotel overlooking Newquay Harbour. Amazing location with stunning views and easy access to the beach below. Loved the room. The view of the harbour from the balcony was just perfection. Special mention to Aaron who runs the place. An absolute legend. Cannot recommend The Harbour Hotel enough.

Highly recommend this hotel- great location with the best sea views and perfect for a swim in the harbour. We have eaten here a few times and the food is amazing. We had our wedding reception here on 28.07.26 and it was magical. Aaron the chef is so passionate about his food. We had canapés on the balcony taking in the view and the seals. Was the best stay- you really get looked after here - great staff. Thank you so much for making our stay so special. Helen & Robert

Yesterday my self and my partner discovered a cornwall treasure. This amazing restaurant and hotel is honestly one off the most amazing places I have ever been. The service was truly amazing .the food was off the scale .honestly if you go to Newquay this place is a must. . We can't wait to go back .eat the amazing food with the view to die for x

This place is beautiful in every way from the lovely owner to the views, the room, the location everything is just what I could ever envision for a getaway. Great value and accommodated my son at such short notice. Clean, smells beautiful. It’s a hidden gem of a place my only regret is not eating with yourselves for dinner. Thank you harbour hotel for giving me such a wonderful stay.

A lively hotel with stunning views of the beach and sea . Room was a bit basic but clean and spacious. Restaurant was lovely and food excellent. Very nice owners and staff . We would definitely recommend a stay here and will return next year for our Cornwall trip .

Beautiful place, received a very warm welcome by the owner, he was such a kind guy, balcony and view of the harbour was breathtaking. There were a few quirks in the room, the curtains didnt seem to meet together fully as they couldn't get around the bend, so improvised with a couple of pegs to hold them shut and there was a stained glsss window in a diamond shape above the bed that may have let in light in the morning but found a perfect size cushion that neatly fitted in. I would definitely return and hopefully with better weather next time !!!!
