Porth Veor Manor Villas & Apartments

Lovely villa and convenient location for Porth beach. We had booked for 5 but on arrival there was only bedding and towels for 4. Staff sorted this out super quickly and could not be more helpful. The pool was heated so was a good alternative to braving the freezing seas!

Multi-generational weekend away visiting family. Loved the location close to Porth beach. Also the good breakfast (additional, but discounted, cost). Great unusually-shaped villa. Both upstairs double bedrooms en-suite. Downstairs double bedroom with wc and shower (but not ensuite). Staff very helpful. Pool wasn’t open this early in the season.

We loved how close the property was to the beach and the great range of amenities. The daily friendly pool service was a lovely touch, and the apartment was well-equipped for cooking, with towels provided. The villa was very spacious and felt safe, especially being right by the pool. We also appreciated the recycling of beach toys – such a thoughtful idea! The only downside was the beds: the adults’ bed was far too soft, while the kids’ bed was uncomfortably hard.

Fabulous stay! We had a fabulous stay in one of the beautiful garden apartments. So peaceful and fabulous views to the beach. Apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we needed as well as finished to a high standard. We enjoyed the breakfast in the hotel which set us up for the day. All staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Bonus was having the pool during such glorious weather. Will definitely return.

Very clean apartments. Comfortable and cosy. Quiet area. Pool is a bonus when the sun shines. But even if it rains the heating in the apartment is very good for drying off wet shoes and coats. Highly recommend breakfast in the hotel restaurant, great value and friendly staff.

Great all round Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. Discounted breakfast each morning for residents is a nice touch. Staff all friendly and if we returned to cornwall would definitely stay here again.

We all absolutely loved this place perfectly situated for what we wanted and was very suprised at the size of villa 1 will definitely book again here.Staff were very helpful and the traditional breakfast was perfect and freshly cooked

Our go to place every year with our ever expanding family. We love it here but this year there are a few subtle changes that made our stay even better. There are cushions now on all outdoor seating and by the pool is a box full of inflatables, buckets/spades etc other guest have left for communal use….. fab idea we left a blow up jet sky. The gardens look like they’ve had some extra TLC too the place looks and is amazing. See you next year.
