Olivia-Leigh Cottage is a true gem nestled among trees and bushes in the countryside with panoramic views of the local mountains. A delightful neighbouring Dairy Farm provides lots of entertainment with its enchanting farm animals and farm activity! At the cottage you will be met with a luxurious welcome pack with lots of Individual treats catered to the party of guests! The Cottage has three bedrooms consisting of a kingside bed, and two double rooms. The cottage has a beautiful country style kitchen with all mod cons with extra seating. A large bathroom with shower and bath and living room and sunroom, An enchanting barn is located in the garden and allows one to take a step back in time with its unique style. Its stunning old red wooden half door provides the perfect location for those memorable pics! It has cooking facilities and tea/coffee facilities and Netflix on demand for anyone looking that extra bit of luxury among the old!! The Cottage is a mere five minute walk to the Village of Mayobridge to the local bars, cafe's, shops, play park, sports club and the local Golf Club. It is a great area for Walkers, bikers and runners. It is a 10 mins drive to Newry City, Warrenpoint, Rostrevor and Hilltown. It is also central to Kilkeel, Newcastle, Banbridge and Carlingford. It offers a great variety of tourist attractions such as Castlewellan Forest Park, Tullymore Forest Park and Kilbroney Mountain biking and the famous idyllic Kodak Corner! The cottage is 15 mins drive to Santa's Cottage in Hilltown and 25 mins drive to the beautiful Greencastle to catch the Carlingford Lough Ferry!
