Overall, a very nice hotel, but there is a lot, but. We are here now and start coming to a little bit of Chinese who knows what it is, good, and who doesn't - it's a roy of shrimp shrimp. 0.5 I booked this property because I thought it would be good to stay overnight. A lot of Koreans go to places that are usually 50,000 won per night, but this place costs 30,000 won for two king beds and three people. The facilities such as air conditioning and shower were clean and ok. The staff is staying at 24 o'clock and friendly at the inception. The location is also very good! There is a night market right next door. I was so embarrassed to copy my passport when I checked in. When I asked why I copied it, it was only the company policy. After the end, it was discarded. ... I couldn't convince you, so I looked it up on the Internet and found that Vietnam was originally like that. Others post to be not embarrassed.. ㅎㅎ

Отдыхала с дочкой в августе 2023. Очень удобное расположение отеля, все в пешей доступности. Завтраки хорошие, персонал очень отзывчивый. Не один раз обращалась на ресепшен с различными просьбами, вызвать такси до определенной точки или помочь положить деньги на телефон - никогда не оставят без внимания 🙏. Особенно хочется отметить работу русского менеджера Сергея Сергеевича. Можно обратиться с любым вопросом и пожеланием. Уборка в номере и смена полотенец каждый день.
 Мы праздновали там день рождения дочки и на завтраке нас поздравил персонал песней и красивым тортиком- очень трогательно 🥹.
 Отель однозначно рекомендую 👍🏻

We had reservations for a suite 1 bedroom ocean view room, and the pictures on the Capital One travel website showed this room with a round bed and ocean view. However upon arrival, the manager (“Hoc”? On 08Nov22 afternoon) tried to put us in an inferior room facing a building with 2 beds and a partial ocean view. When went back down and refused this room He said his system showed this is what I reserved and paid for. I showed him my prepaid reservation clearly showing otherwise. It also didn’t make sense, as his room was only $28 for 2 nights and we paid $68 per my reservation receipt for the suite 1bd ocean view. While there clearly was some miscommunication in the reservation systems, Instead of acknowledging and honoring my reservation documents, and dealing with the problem between vendors in the background, he said mine were a “lie”! Yes actual quotes! Even though my payment clearly indicated there was no way I reserved the inferior room he put me in. Over the course of the next half hour, we went back and forth, him upping the room type and me showing him pictures of the room I reserved and requesting that room. He even said that I could NOT have that room because they “sold out 10 minutes ago” and maybe I could “try again tomorrow to switch rooms if available”. I then showed him on my phone that Booking.com shows 3 of these rooms still available - and he said it was “lie”, again! So I showed him on Agoda.com the same fact; he just shook his head. I then called Capital One Travel and they talked to him via my phone as they couldn’t reach his office internationally. FINALLY after all this I got the room I paid for. But I was not happy about this check-in experience. It tainted our whole stay here. Perhaps it was just a one off with this manager, but his behavior demonstrated a serious lack of customer service, common courtesy, logic given the rate we paid, and integrity. We question how the hotel could tolerate such behavior and concluded he must have the support of his management to have been so aggressive and bold in his actions. We will NEVER stay here again as a result.

Probably the best feature of the Sun City Hotel in Nha Trang is it's location. There are about five other hotels on the same road though so it's not an exclusively excellent location. On it's road are many services all in close proximity, including restaurants, shops, massage parlors, etc. The staff are competent and willing to make effort to please. The room was a bit small and has the glass window to the toilet, disconcerting for Westerners (no on wants to be observed in their private moments). The pool was small, with just a couple uncomfortable metal lounge chairs, not really enticing, however, the view from the pool was wonderful. The breakfast was average although they had a wide variety of unusual foods. I'd have to say that although it can be considered worth the money, there are better choices. DRC

I travel alone, I have seen a lot of hotels. This hotel is generally okay, it has a great location in the city center and a good price for accommodation. Disliked: the quality of cleaning (during the week of stay, linen was not changed even once, the floor can be said that they did not wash, towels were changed every day, garbage was taken away every day). THE ROOM DID NOT HAVE A WINDOW TO THE STREET! this is the biggest downside. There was a window into the corridor which had to be kept open so that the air would not be stale. Also the hotel is very, VERY noisy, you will hear all the neighbors. Internet is good.

Each time that I am in Nha Trang I always stay at the Liberty Central. It is very centrally located and unfortunately Mr Elvis was missing. So many people are caught overseas because of the 30 day visa requirement by the government. The staff are still fantastic and it is testament to his teaching. While the tourist areas of Nha Trang are still badly affected adversely by the Covid situation, the Liberty seems to be going quite o.k. I was the only European in the place and that is very clever marketing by the hotel and there was heaps of Vietnamese staying there. The rooms were up to standard as usual and the breakfast buffet was well up to its usual stqndard. A very big shout out to Miss Ha who is a great example of the fantastic stqff. Sure to stay there next time.
