The best thing about this hotel is its location. Right outside the door, you can catch the 5-1 and 5-2 buses, which take you to all the most popular attractions. The room was also very clean, and every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. For this price, I really have no complaints.

The main draw is the location, right in the bustling downtown area, making dining and shopping very convenient. The facilities aren't as new as the official photos suggest, comparable to a typical Ji Hotel in China. They're generally sufficient. The pillows and bed are quite soft. Although it's noisy downstairs, the windows and doors are thick, so closing them largely blocks out the noise for sleeping. The hallway doors, however, aren't as soundproof. Also, our corner room had an inner door with a password lock. Facilities-wise: The hotel doesn't provide conditioner, and the shampoo and shower gel have a European milky scent that I didn't particularly like. The shower handle is round, and when it gets soapy, it's often hard to turn, which is a bit annoying. We wanted two new bath towels specifically for an island hopping trip, and we had to pay extra for them. The front desk requires a 500w deposit upon check-in. The first three photos are of the rooftop pool. Breakfast was quite diverse.

The hotel is incredibly run down. The room wasn't just dirty, it was filthy, as if it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned since the building was constructed. Surfaces in the room, bathrobes, floor, armchair upholstery, and the balcony – everything was grimy and just unpleasant to be in. After checking in, we immediately reported these issues and asked for the bathrobes and towels to be replaced, and for the room to be properly cleaned. They smiled politely and promised to clean it. The result? The bathrobes were replaced with other dirty ones, just with different stains 🤣, and the room remained uncleaned. Breakfast was average, not much variety.

Rooms are very clean. The staff, especially those at the front desk, are exceptionally helpful and kind. Breakfast tastes great!

I stayed in room 2103. It was a corner room, a bit far from the elevator, but the view was absolutely satisfying, almost like a corner suite view. The location is convenient, close to both the beach and the city center. Walking around was no problem at all ^^. There was a bit of plaster dust in the corner of the floor, but it didn't really affect my stay. I don't have photos of the room itself, but you can find plenty by searching for the hotel. I focused on sharing the view from my room. Overall, it was a good value for a cheap stay.

The pool and the rooftop terrace restaurant are top-notch! But – there are absolutely no umbrellas by the pool! From 9 AM to 1 PM, it's impossible to stay there. The small palm trees right by the water offer some relief, a strip of shade about 1 meter wide, but it shrinks as the sun moves. Beach towels cost 25k, and of course, there are no sun loungers from the hotel. Furthermore, deluxe rooms have connecting doors to adjacent rooms – sometimes on both sides: crying children are a nuisance for everyone! The hotel is new, but you might already encounter burnt-out light bulbs, making it dark by the sink. The air conditioner periodically hummed, and it took a couple of nights to get used to the sound. The beds and pillows are delightful. Housekeeping is done throughout the day, at 9 AM/4 PM, whenever. Breakfasts are a disgrace: beef or pork on the bone, soup with a 1 cm slice of meat. The scrambled eggs are terrible, and the tasteless watermelon is surprising. Dragon fruit and passion fruit are good. Juices are diluted with water/ice. I had to skip 3 breakfasts (it's much better to have lunch at Coral or Local, many times tastier). Nearby, there's Galina restaurant (lunches for 168k from Mon to Fri). Overall, behind the beautiful exterior and pleasant staff, there are nuances that make me think I'll choose a different hotel next time.

A good hotel with a good location. The staff are friendly, especially the soup chef who brightens your day. Breakfasts are good. There's a smart TV. The air conditioning in the lobby and hallways on the floors now works, which makes it comfortable to get to your room. What I didn't like was paying 25,000 dong to rent beach towels; it's easier to just buy new ones. The rooms are adjoined, which increases noise, so you can hear sneezes from the next room... Of course, it's not a 5-star hotel, but it's livable.

I really liked this hotel. Its location is super convenient, with all sorts of shops, cafes, fruit stalls, smoothie places, and more all within walking distance. The beach is just a 5-minute stroll away. The hotel staff were polite and friendly. My room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable – not too soft, not too firm. The room had everything I needed: water, slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes/toothpaste, and other essentials. They cleaned every day! Like most hotels, the floor cleaning was about a 4 out of 5. Breakfast hours from 6 to 10 AM were perfect for everyone. The breakfast spread was varied: eggs prepared every way imaginable, different local soups daily, vegetables, and fruits (though I never saw mangoes). Overall, you definitely won't leave hungry! Upon check-in, we paid a deposit of 500,000 VND. When we checked out, they did a quick 5-minute check, and everything was returned. Throughout my entire stay, there were no critters or insects whatsoever! I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

I don't understand the rave reviews. This is definitely not a 4 or 5-star hotel; it's more like a 3-star. Yes, there are positives – friendly staff and a decent breakfast. It was relatively quiet here, but we could still hear music from other hotels and construction noise from outside our window. It didn't bother our sleep, as the soundproofing is generally good. The main advantage of this hotel is its price. For what you pay, it's not a bad option. However: - The rooms are so basic that there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling. - The pool water was murky in the evening, and the pool itself was small, so we didn't swim in it. - There's construction next to the hotel, which, depending on your room, can spoil the view and disturb your stay.
