The path for getting to the hotel is a bit messy always wet and not pleasant,the room is not very clean,the little refrigerator wasn’t working,only the receptionist is very nice,but that’s not enough,the room price isn’t worth it,btw

I have seen small bugs in my first room but hotel management changed my room twice in order to make myself comfortable about the new room. If you have any problem they would do their best

The room i book wasnt 23M from the discription i would said its only 18M so the room was smaller than i expected so make sure you check size of then room alot of tv channel dont have signal so not that good i use screen mirror most time

Nice hotel, good breakfasts. We have a room with a window and a sea view, but the windows are dirty, which is a bit frustrating. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the sea. Quietly. There is a pool on the 16th floor with a great view, but with dirty railings, which slightly spoils the view.

More than worth the price!!! ✅ great location, you can walk to beach in few mins, near the restaurants, walking street and other attractions ✅ staff really helpful ✅ large room ( I booked twin bed room, it was great) ✅ a cozy swimming pool in rooftop I will book for my next trip for sure!

The Smile Hotel is located at the end of a little quiet dead end street some 50 meters away of one if the busy traffic roads. I came in around 12 noon and although the check in was supposed to be at 2pm I could instantly go to my room. Very friendly and professional staff. The room was big enough, a window which could be opened with view over some lower buildings towards the sea. The bathroom was in a good state. Coffee making facilities (I love it) I felt very comfortable in my room on the 6th floor. There is a little pool on the roof with some chairs and wooden lounger. From the Hotel you can walk very easily to all interesting spots in Central Nha Trang. Crossing the Block opposite of the main road from the hotel you reach within two minutes the Airport Bus Stop. Perfect. I really enjoyed my stay. Wish I could have stayed longer.

My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The staff were very friendly and handled everything smoothly from check-in to check-out. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were well-stocked. The location was convenient, making it easy to access tourist spots and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

I arrived in Nha Trang at 1 am on the 8th, checked in, and checked out on the 9th. I originally only planned to stay 0.5 nights at Smile Hotel, but I extended it one more day because of the service of the front staff here. If I didn't have a schedule to stay with friends, I would have spent my entire Nha Trang trip here. In particular, LE (the front desk clerk after 10 o'clock) covered the taxi fare with his own money on behalf of me who had no cash because I couldn't find an ATM, and PHUONG (the morning front desk clerk) who even gave me a new room and a fan when I was suffering from rhinitis... Thank you so much. I received special service here that I could not receive even at a 5-star hotel.
