We stayed from January 21st to 31st (suite 1805). Since all the hotels and rooms in Nha Trang are generally built around the same room type and layout, we opted for a suite for a bit more space. A balcony and a good sea view were also a particularly important consideration. All of this was fulfilled upon arrival. I also can't say enough about the hotel's location. We specifically avoided a hotel right in the center for a quieter environment, and a taxi to the center cost no more than 40,000 dong. The hotel staff is very friendly, always smiling and in a good mood!! I'd also like to especially mention the staff at Hieu and Nhien; any questions, requests, and requests were promptly resolved. The service is second to none. Our luggage was carried both down and up to our floor. Breakfasts were generally varied. There were only four types of omelets, salads included meat, sausages, and so on. Over the course of 10 days, we found something we were happy to eat for breakfast. It's quite strange to read reviews where people want even more varied and even more European breakfasts. Where are you going, HELLO?! What country?))) You enjoy the local cuisine, that's the whole point of this place!!! The cleaning service was also daily. Smoking is only allowed on the ground floor in a designated area. This was probably the right decision, even though I'm a smoker. On the fourth floor, there's an indoor pool with sun loungers, a spa, massage, and a sauna. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to use it, as we always swam in the sea. Prices for massages and spa treatments are the same as in the city, maybe a little higher. We slept quite comfortably at night; the noise level dropped significantly after 10:00 AM, even though we lived right next to a busy roundabout. We also used the laundry service. The prices were very reasonable: 5 T-shirts cost 120 rubles. We picked up our clothes in the morning and returned them dry and ironed in the evening. We were very pleased with the overall experience. The location is excellent.
