The hotel is a little old so the room are noisy. The breakfast is good, the choice at the club is poor but the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Prime beachfront location with stunning sea views; well-maintained though slightly dated facilities; staff are exceptionally attentive and professional. Book 2 rooms, arrived around 2:15pm but need to wait till 3pm to check in. During our wait, we can stay in the kids room by the pool. Location is convenient. Buffets breakfast was tasty even though seems not much to eat but good enough as breakfast. Our family enjoyed the pool a lot, small but not crowded, also they served you water while you sat. It was a nice touch.
Cons: Our rooms were located on the upper floor but on the different side. As a family it might be better if we were closer.

Great location to the beach. Clean room but amenities not fully provided such as toothbrush and razor blade which is unlikely for a 5 star hotel.

My stay at the InterContinental Nha Trang was exceptional from start to finish. The service is truly outstanding – every staff member I met was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
The location couldn’t be better: right on the beachfront and close to everything you might want to see or do in Nha Trang.
I had access to the Executive Lounge, which was a highlight of the trip. The lounge offers an excellent selection of drinks and small dishes in the evening – perfect for unwinding in a quiet, elegant setting. The staff there are just as attentive and make the experience feel extra special.
In short, InterContinental Nha Trang combines top-level service, a perfect location, and outstanding lounge access into a stay I would recommend without hesitation. I’ll definitely return.
