This hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff are super professional and helpful and so so kind. Really top notch service. The room was very nice with a beach view and the hotel is located centrally making it easy to get everywhere. Although the club lounge high tea was nice the highlight was the breakfast on the first floor. Absolutely amazing with a wide range to choose from. I highly recommend Intercontinental Nha Trang.

We had excellent breakfast and well educated services but swimming pool is too windy. In terms of cost performance, it should be in average.

Although the bar’s food is not relatively delicious, but they have Good location, and good service. Serves proactively.

The staff at the Intercontinental are friendly, Kind and so helpful and all the staff we encountered during our week long stay deserve a 5* rating! Special mention goes to MI our waitress at breakfast every morning for being so lovely and caring and looking after our needs. 🙏💕🤗 Am being honest with my feedback in saying that the rooms could definitely use a revamp as they feel quite dated and not up to 5 star standard we would expect from the Intercontinental brand. Message to Management, please install a professional coffee machine in the breakfast room as the coffee we were provided with on the first morning of our stay was just awful! 😢

Staff all very professional, friendly, greet you with a smile and willing to go the extra mile. Hotel is clean and in a good location. Room is a good size. This is what you expect from an intercontinental.

We stayed two nights in the ocean view room with breakfast and dinner. The services, facilities and set up of the room are excellent and of 5 stars standard. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only two minor things that puzzled me.: Coffee served in breakfast with no teaspoon included. There is no pen in the room for writing.

Fantastic stay, everything was perfect from the attention to details, the coordination for our arrival via airport transfer for someone to usher and greet us at the lobby for quick and seamless check-in late at 2.30am, they were very thoughtful of the time and we were tired from our flight.

The service was extraordinary! All hotel staff are willing to go extra mile for the guests. Special thanks to Ms. Uyen from Front Desk who helped us to arrange limousine from Nha Trang to Dalat!

It was a very pleasant stay with Intercontinental Nha Trang. We stayed in the sea view room and woke up to this gorgeous view every morning. We enjoyed tea on the balcony while watching the sunset. The hotel offers a decent variety for breakfast at the main restaurant and there was a special breakfast menu in the lounge. There is also unlimited fresh coconut juice available in the lounge.

Perfect location Staffs are very helpful Met the general manager, he gave us a late check out, free access to lounge for a day and a gift when we depart. Breakfast was awesome, many to choose from!

The room was perfect. Hotel staff were friendly, attentive and polite. Breakfast was great with many varieties. We had a wonderful time staying there!
