The location is good. The room was spacious and nice, and the service was good too! However, it lacked a certain touch of luxury. It felt like something was missing.

Came here with my family because it was advertised as clean and well-equipped, but the service was terrible and the facilities were completely rundown. The fridge wasn't cold, the bathroom door wouldn't lock, and then it locked itself when nobody was in there, trapping someone inside – it was a truly awful hotel. On top of that, the toilet bowl was stained, the towels had dirty marks on them, and there was a bad smell. When I stayed at Regalia next door, I thought it was a great place, but this one is just the worst.

This hotel is mainly occupied by Russians, about 70-80% of the guests. The location is good, but the facilities are more like a 3-star hotel. The breakfast isn't bad; I was surprised to see Russians clearing out all the fruit. The refrigerator is pretty bad. To get ice, you have to go to the 4th floor, and they don't have buckets, so they give it to you in a plastic bag. The air conditioning is just okay, but if you leave it on for a long time, it does get cool. The double balcony room had a great view, and I added an extra star because of it. There are many elevators, but they're not smart. I'd have to reconsider staying here again.

Hmm... The bathroom door... The rail was broken, so I got to work out my arm muscles, haha. Overall, I'm satisfied. The orange jam for breakfast was totally my style, haha. It rained in the evening, so I really enjoyed the pool.

The cleanliness is something you might have to overlook a bit. It's not like there are bugs, though. The location is absolutely prime. The service was pretty decent; they responded quickly to requests. On the last day, for an early check-out, I even received a meal box instead of breakfast. As for the facilities, well, they're obviously a bit old, but everything else made up for it.

This is the worst hotel we've ever stayed in! The hotel is old, the room is disgusting, with peeling wallpaper, dirt everywhere, and MOLD! The furniture is old, and the sofa is saggy. The cleaning service is terrible, or rather, non-existent! In two minutes, they just change the towels and empty the trash. In a whole week, no one mopped the floors, changed the bed linen, or did anything else. We had to complain to the reception because we had a reservation for 15 days! And what do you think happened?! After the complaint, they mopped the floor with dirty water, leaving streaks everywhere, and put on stained bed linen. Instead of a regular sheet, they put two short ones, so they would crumple up under you when you slept. The size of the bed itself is also questionable. The breakfast at the hotel is unappetizing, the fruits are unripe, they fry eggs with spoonfuls of oil in old pans, and the floor is always dirty! We will never return to this hotel again and do not recommend it to anyone!

I was shocked how nice this room was considering it was the cheapest with a lovely breakfast, the bed was was excellent like sleeping on the clouds, very comfortable one of the best beds I've ever slept on, the room was nice and big, there was a big window but another hotel a couple of meters away, the bathroom was excellent, hot and powerful shower, the only letdown was a totally useless fridge where it was colder if you didn't put your drinks in fridge, i don't know hotels use this total crap fridges well you can't call them fridges, that would definitely put me off ever returning to this hotel, it's such a shame because it's beautiful apart from the rubbish fridge

Convenient location with sea and city views. We were on a high floor (25th), so we barely heard the bustling shopping street, even though it's the very center of Nha Trang. The breakfasts were delicious, catering to all tastes with both Asian and European dishes. The rooms are spacious, and the furniture is well-maintained. The staff don't speak Russian but are fluent in English, and there's a translator app if needed. The internet is fast. The pool is cool even on a hot day, and the views from there are amazing! Plus, even though there's no early check-in, you can leave your luggage at the reception.

When choosing a room at Virgo Hotel, at least opt for a Deluxe or higher category. I always stay in the Senior Deluxe, so I'm very satisfied with the room condition. Just turn a blind eye to the cleaning... and the sofa definitely needs to be replaced. It's saggy every time I visit, haha.

Honestly, this hotel isn't worth the price. Let me start with the cons: The facilities are very old, and the elevators take a long time to arrive. Also, perhaps due to the diversity of people, there's a mix of unpleasant odors. The soundproofing is also quite poor, so it's noisy and you'll need earplugs to sleep. The front desk service is just average. Now for the pros: The bed is quite comfortable, and the location is good, right in the city center. The view from the pool is very beautiful, even though the pool itself is a bit dirty and has many screaming children. But the scenery really is stunning. If you walk around a bit, there's a mall with an all-you-can-eat seafood buffet for only 170+ RMB, which is definitely worth it. I think it was called Bosideng or something similar.

The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing for a very peaceful sleep. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and check-in was efficient. The location is convenient, making dining and transportation easy. The environment is quiet, and the hygiene details are excellent. The value for money is good, and the overall experience was great. I will choose Virgo Hotel Nha Trang again for my next trip. Highly recommended!

Clean, friendly, and most importantly, the pool is amazing. However, there's some noise in the morning and evening due to nearby music. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend.

Great hotel, we stayed as a family and booked two rooms. The bedding and towels were all in excellent condition. The breakfast was good, and the pool was absolutely amazing, with a sea view!

Hotel location and rooms are okay. We chose 1 sea facing rooms and 2 city facing rooms. The city room ended up having better view than the sea facing rooms (cos it was bought by a taller hotel in front). See picture for my sea facing rooms (more expensive but poorer view). Regretted upgrading. Can only check in at 2pm. Long queue.
