It is walking distance to the beach with lots of restaurants. The room is big and clean. The view from 40th floor is fantastic with infinity pool. Breakfast is ok. It will be better with a coffee machine.

The location is fantastic, no doubt about it. It's about a five-minute walk to the beach, which means it's close enough to be convenient but not so close that you're bothered by noisy parties or bars at night. Many of the shops and attractions recommended on Xiaohongshu (a popular Chinese social media platform) are within walking distance, so whether you're looking for food, shopping, or photo ops, everything is close by. Some of the hotel rooms offer a sea view, but even if you're on a higher floor facing inland, the city view is still quite beautiful. There are no taller buildings behind it, so you can see the distant mountains clearly. The rooftop infinity pool is also a must-try hotel amenity. The breakfast is pretty mediocre, though. You can totally skip it and head to a nearby place that supposedly sells the best French bread in Nha Trang. The air conditioning in the room, even when set to 18 degrees Celsius, sometimes felt warm. Especially considering Nha Trang's naturally high temperatures, there were times when I'd return to the room in the afternoon and have to strip down and stand directly in front of the AC vent just to feel cool. The TV in the room makes this five-star hotel feel a bit outdated. It doesn't have internet connectivity, meaning you can't watch Netflix or iQiyi. While you might think you don't have time for TV on vacation, there's actually plenty of downtime when you're in the hotel that you could spend watching something. Overall, it's a very good hotel.

Overall, I was satisfied with the rooftop pool, location, etc., but upon checking out, they demanded 80,000 VND for a missing pair of slippers. I wanted to argue and tell them to check CCTV and search my bags, but I didn't want a hassle, so I paid, warning them that their hotel would definitely suffer for it. The slippers that were clearly there in the morning disappeared while I was out, and the complimentary water had been replenished. These guys are clearly swindling guests this way. They charge 350,000 VND for luggage storage and arranging a pickup car when moving to the Cam Ranh resort area. It's a system where I pay 300,000 VND to the driver, and they pocket the remaining 50,000 VND. These petty scammers must be rooted out. I don't know who the owner is, but I hope they read my review and overhaul the hotel's image.

The hotel is good, a solid 4 out of 5. The breakfasts are definitely geared towards Asians, but we always found something to eat. Lots of fruits, which is a plus! The rooms are a bit tired, and the shower was leaking. The rooftop pool is excellent! For some reason, they don't provide towels for the beach. They told us to just use the white towels from the bathroom.

it's okay, Hotel but it's really not a five star hotel Hotel with a lot of pressure from the sinks or the toilet is just not good. You have to press a really hard to get any water out. It's kind of like a three star Hotel masquerading as a five star Hotel.

All the staff were friendly and the facilities were great. The location is excellent for getting around the city.

Wonderful hotel with excellent service. They clean every day, and there's a beautiful rooftop pool. Breakfast offers a huge selection. Highly recommend for the price.

Words fail me. It's simply a terrible hotel with awful conditions. This place isn't even close to a 5-star hotel; it's 2-3 stars at best. The breakfasts are horrendous, absolutely nothing worth eating. The hotel is a complete ant colony, and the service is non-existent. No one on the staff cares about you. At the pool, sunbeds are like gold – you have to come at 6 AM just to get one. The staff is rude, especially the lifeguards at the pool. There's nowhere to dry clothes. The location is also an ant colony, full of noise and chaos. I spent so much money and regret staying here.

The room was clean and tidied every day. I had a really big bed. The pool has a beautiful view, but there aren't many loungers and they get taken quickly. Breakfast was good, but the breakfast box (we had halal) wasn't great.

All the facilities including the pool, even though the weather was not proper to use it, were enough to relieve my stress at work. Especially the service they gave was really enjoyable while my stay there. Happy new year !
