The hotel boasts a convenient location near Nha Trang Beach, with restaurants, supermarkets, spas, and shops all within easy reach. It's a large hotel with many rooms, and our room had two spacious beds, fully equipped though not brand new. The window faced a nearby building's wall, which was a bit of a letdown. What really stood out was the excellent breakfast every morning – a wide variety of options catering to different tastes. It's a well-established hotel, and I loved the rooftop bar/cafe and swimming pool.

The hotel was in great location, just few minutes walk from the beach and in the middle of busy streets of Nha Trang and the night market👏👏👏. So many places to eat, drink local coffee juices 🤗🤗🤗 The pool on the top floor was very convenient for hot sunny days and specially for children 🥳🥳🥳 Appartments are very convenient with all the necessary pots, stove, dish and etc. Breakfast could be improved a little bit but still had enough variety 🥰

I really like this hotel because when you want to go to the beach, you have to walk down a long, narrow street filled with restaurants and massage parlors. It feels very authentic and lively, and it's a great way to experience the local atmosphere.

Good place to feel the vibe of Nha Trang, if you need an apartment instead of hotel room. Not in its Best time and ahape, but all there and working - Kitchen with fridge (not mini-bar), living room, balcony... Beach is opposite the Road, city center right below you.

Crowded people and waited for a long time for checking in.

The Maple Hotel is located close to the center of Nha Trang, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. In the morning, you can enjoy a buffet on the first floor with a variety of food options. I’d rate it 7/10. Room cleanliness was acceptable. However, they ask to keep your passport when you check in. The reception staff can speak English, but I sometimes had difficulty communicating with other staff members. If you have time, check out their rooftop swimming pool on the 26th floor and the gym on the 2nd floor. Overall, it was an okay and affordable stay.

This hotel is in an excellent location. Five minute walk to the beach, restaurants everywhere, very central. The buffet breakfast is also top level. However, everything else about this hotel is generic and general expected hospitality is lacking. At book in we where ignored whilst reception where on a computer. No greeting or hello. There is no luggage help and no one bothers to tell you where the elevator is located. If you need a hotel close to everything and don't care about the hospitality, this is the hotel for you.

Apartment was great in an exceptionally good location. Only disadvantage is it's at the end of a long small lane. Bikes and normal sedan car are able to enter but not our big van as we had 8 person in our group. And to make it worse it was raining. Despite the unfortunate events we still enjoyed the stay as the location was great

Quit good location and good breakfast. Down point is the toilet water very slow.

Not good not bad. Not close and not far from downtown. But it is okay because you can use 'Grab'. Breakfast... hum... not good not bad. This is just 4star hotel.
