It was a pleasant stay everything was great and a great place to spend time near to everything

I have just stayed one night in this hotel because they were fully booked when I tried to book here for my first 2 nights in Nha Trang. So far, the staff were accommodating. The hotel is located beachfront and I booked the one with city view. I was surprised that I could see the beach partially. It’s 3 in one view for me - city, sea and the mountains. The room was clean and cozy. The breakfast was good - mostly local food and a few Western dishes. The view in the swimming pool was astonishing although the pool is small. I wish to have more days there.

Staffs (receptions , breakfast room and mechanic staff) were very nice and helpful, 5 stars to this. The room is specious but the cleanliness was not well. The floor was sticky inside and balcony. There was an insect in the room and bit me at night. And my son stepped on corkcroah in the morning. The view at the balcony is a plus. Swimming pool has a nice view but small so I didn't stay there since there are a family with kids. Breakfast was full of choices especially for Asian guests.

Service is good. Family room was good. Breakfast not to good for foreigners. 3 days just i ate bread for breakfast 😝😜😛

I really liked the hotel! 👍 The view of the sea from the room is gorgeous. Breakfasts are quite filling and are designed for different tastes. If you want a view of the sea from the window, then be prepared for the fact that at exactly 5 am in the park across the road they turn on the speaker at full volume and the "techno grannies" - that's what they called them - start warming up. The music is very loud, very dynamic. Closed windows do not help. This action continues from 5 to 6.30 in the morning. And so every day without days off. Near the hotel there is a stop for bus 23, which will take you to the cable car to VinPearl. By the way, this island is located right opposite the hotel, and it is beautifully illuminated in the evening. The sea is warm, but its calm depends on the weather. Out of 12 days, 3 days there were huge waves, it was impossible to swim. Although there were daredevils. Service, maintenance, cleaning 👌. We want to return to this hotel next time, but for a month). Thank you!!!

Clean, stylish and new room. Great view of the sea. Bath!! Pool. Hearty and large breakfasts. It's strange why there are 4 stars on Google map. My rating for such price is closer to 5!

Great hotel, very friendly and polite staff, they open the door when you enter the hotel. Excellent and varied breakfast, something changed every day. Amazing view from the room that you can't tear yourself away from. Cleaning is offered every day, they give a couple of bottles of water. The hotel is in a quiet place, not far from the center.

Stayed for 1 night. We liked everything.

We stayed from September 9 to 23, 2024. Excellent hotel, the sea is across the road! Great view! When booking, we chose a Deluxe with a balcony (the app said there was a balcony, it's not the hotel's fault), but when we checked in, it turned out that it was a cornice + fall protection, only a thin person can stand on it (the last two photos). And for me, one of the main selection criteria is a balcony with a sea view. The girls at the reception are just great, they moved us to another room, we paid an extra 8,000 rubles for two weeks, and did not regret it. So, if you need a room with a full balcony, choose a superior room. They cleaned every day, and they cleaned well, the bed linen was changed often. It's so nice, the linen is clean, white, just crisp. Everything that was stated was in the room and was updated every day (soap, hats, toothbrushes, etc.). Wi-Fi works perfectly throughout the hotel and is free. The girls and guys at the reception quickly resolve all issues, and in general, they are great, something can be resolved in Russian, in English, or use an online translator. Breakfasts are varied, there are exotic dishes for us, and there are also familiar ones. We did not leave hungry, we could always choose dishes for ourselves, plus desserts and fruits. The pool is open until 9 pm, everything is clean, there is a hamam! I definitely recommend this hotel! I do not understand those who did not like something. For three thousand and some change rubles per day, a wonderful room with breakfast! Now only this hotel! I love Vietnam with all my heart ❤️🇻🇳! God willing, I will be able to come next year. Unfortunately, the flight is very expensive for us now, there are also no direct flights, it turns out to be long. If someone wants to visit this wonderful country for the first time - do not doubt, this is a fabulous place, wonderful, bright, kind people! I wish the hotel and all the staff good and prosperity! ❤️❤️❤️

The price is cheap and the view is good because it is in front of the sea. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The pool facilities are not that great. The breakfast is not that great. I am satisfied with the price.

Good hotel. Not bad breakfasts. Swimming pool on the 4th floor + there is also a hamam (not like in Turkey). The hotel is not in the tourist center. It would be more correct to say on its outskirts. It is a bit far to walk to "Lotus", but there are buses. The cost is 8 dong. The sea is nearby, across the road. The rooms are not old, quite modern. There is practically no hair dryer, take your own. There is no free water in the room. Cleaning is at 3. Towels are changed every day. The floors are washed once a week.

The hotel is well located, the staff is friendly and cheerful.
