This hotel is located on the island where you can get only by boat according to the schedule every 2 hours during the day. So you need to plan your check-in and check-out time accordingly. Otherwise you’ll need to pay 1.400.000 vnd or to wait for the next boat. Nevertheless it’s one of the best beaches we’ve ever visited. Very clear water perfectly suitable for snorkeling, free kayaking, swimming and watching the sunset. The nature of the island is incredible. The island’s atmosphere is very relaxing and unique. Breakfast is rich and delicious. Forestal family room is big and comfortable. It would be nice to have any dryer to hang swimsuits in the room as now there’s nothing for it. The front desk staff on the island are very friendly and supportive so as the nurse.

The rooms are old and outdated. The bed linen was dirty, and there was a damp smell in the room. The scenery is beautiful though. You can stay for one night, but no longer than that.

Everything was excellent. The staff were attentive, and the beach was magnificent. The boat to and from the city runs every 2 hours, it would be great if it were more frequent. Breakfasts were decent. The island itself is beautiful. We plan to return.

1. What I didn't like: 1) I made a reservation for August 2nd to August 4th, 2026, back in March 2026. When I arrived at 4 PM, timing it with my boat ride, they said they couldn't find my reservation and I couldn't check in. └ I kept insisting they reconfirm and questioning why my reservation wasn't there. Eventually, they said they had a spare room and let me in. (Trip.com showed no rooms available for that date... what's going on?) → Trip.com: The Vinpearl reception told me to contact where I booked, so I did. Trip.com said my reservation was confirmed and they had verified it with the resort. (What the heck?!) → Vinpearl: I received a KakaoTalk message asking if everything was okay. When I told them what happened, they confirmed my reservation was valid. In conclusion, we just looked like the strange ones... ㅡ,.ㅡ (They say a good start is half the battle, but this...) 2) Accommodation: It was old, and there was a lot of dust on the interior walls. Cleanliness is fundamental for accommodation... it seems they don't clean properly... (I had to wipe it myself to hang my wet clothes...) The window sills were so wide that bugs could easily get in. (There was a dead cockroach in the room). They should really add something to keep bugs out... there were also traces of hatched bugs on the wall... 3) There were stains on the bathroom wall (snot marks, mold...). It was hard to ignore. It seemed like the towels were washed carelessly... there were several brown stains. └ I think it would be good for them to visit other resorts and learn about their cleaning standards (perhaps even using a separate cleaning company and having the resort manager check every room after checkout). 2. What I liked: 1) Being on an island, there weren't too many people, and it was great for using the beach and pool. 2) All the front desk staff were friendly, making it easy to call the buggy car. Although they said it would take 15 minutes, they always arrived within 5 minutes. 3) The breakfast was delicious. The staff at Seabreeze were also very friendly. 4) After the mud bath, there were surprisingly many places to go on the way back to the accommodation (3 swimming pools (including the one for the accommodation), a children's water park, old houses, and restaurants scattered around). Conclusion: If you can overlook the flaws, it's very satisfying. 90% willingness to revisit (the condition of the accommodation deducted 10%).

It was great! The beach was clean, the sea was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff was super.

We thoroughly enjoyed everything. It was an unforgettable vacation on a stunning island, with friendly and polite staff, a clean pool, cozy rooms, and diverse cuisine. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and acquaintances!

Room: Initially, I wasn't happy because the air conditioner's outdoor unit was right outside, and so was the one next door. It would be a bit noisy at night for someone sensitive to sound. So I changed rooms, but it was a bit complicated. At first, they asked me to just make do for one night and change rooms the next day. With the help of Ctrip, I finally moved to another room around 9:30 PM, but I had to pay extra. Ctrip really helps when you need it, no complaints there. Brother Liu's help was truly excellent. Service: My sunglasses went missing, and I kept reporting it on WeChat. Eventually, they found them for me. The service was excellent. One person was particularly enthusiastic; I think the untranslated image was their employee ID number? Environment: Very good, I liked it a lot. I stayed once and would like to come back again. Experience: Fantastic. Excellent service.

Gorgeous island, excellent beach. The pool villa was just super! Breakfast was good, and for dinner, we had the buffet with lots of seafood and BBQ beef. However, the à la carte dinner menu didn't have a very wide selection. The staff was very responsive. I loved everything. I'll definitely come back!

Before checking in, I read many reviews of hotels, and some of the negative ones I really couldn't understand how they were written. During my 3-day, 2-night stay here, to be honest, whether it was the front desk, back-office services, or concierge, restaurant, and other departments, we highly commend the excellent service. However, for many current tourists, there are too many low-quality guests. These low-quality guests are not here to enjoy a holiday; they are here to spoil it.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days and it was the right choice. The hotel consists of detached bungalows – quite spacious. Honestly, I thought we would be staying in a villa, but that was my mistake. The bungalows are good too. Comfortable bed, clean bungalow, daily cleaning, and daily towel change. We walked everywhere, but you could also take a buggy. The beach is open from 6 AM to 6 PM, after which you can move to the pool. Service at the hotel is top-notch: everything I asked for was brought very quickly. The food is decent – Vietnamese and continental breakfast. At the hotel, we tried mango juice – you can order it from the beach and it’s delivered within 15 minutes. On September 2nd, we participated in the national holiday – an exceptionally delicious event. We are happy with our choice and recommend this hotel for a quiet beach holiday. I think we will come here again. Thank you, Irina Krupetskaya. On the day of check-out, we had a couples massage – it was a magnificent experience, we highly recommend the hotel's spa salon. The quality is excellent. Prices are lower than in Russia: approximately 4500 rubles for two people for an hour. The massage is very relaxing.

If there's heaven on earth, it's right here! We had a wonderful time in peace and quiet. The family bungalow is beyond praise – excellent beds, very comfortable mattresses – the room is impressive! The island grounds are well-maintained and beautiful; you just want to keep strolling. A stunning beach! Special thanks for decorating the room and for the surprise for our wedding anniversary – it was a lovely touch! The restaurant also deserves a mention; the chefs are simply magicians – all the dishes are incredibly delicious! If you value peace, quiet, seclusion, and aesthetics, Hon Tam is the place for you!

Everything was splendid, though the hotel is a bit dated, it was still splendid! The pool is nestled in lush greenery, the grounds are huge, and the sea is lovely – but there are signs everywhere warning of rocks, sea urchins, and jellyfish. Breakfasts were wonderful, and the room was splendid.

We arrived at the hotel for one night and, thankfully, we only booked for one night. We left an hour later. The hotel is old, tired, and dirty. The food is inedible and very expensive. The grounds seem abandoned, and water leaks out of the main pool through cracks between the tiles. We booked an Executive Suite with a sea view, Villa 4, room 403. The room is 80 sq. m., with half of that space taken up by the bathroom. The entire room is scuffed, there are huge gaps in the laminate flooring, torn wallpaper and paint streaks on the walls, all the furniture is scratched, there's no door to the bathroom at all, and the glass doors to the shower and toilet don't close. It's terribly dirty, and the bed linen was soiled. The balcony doors don't lock because they don't even close tightly. The small pool next to the villa is completely chipped, with detached tiles lying around and at the bottom of the pool – you could cut your feet. After 10 minutes of being there, we decided we needed to leave. We wrote to trip.com with photos and a request for a refund. They replied that the hotel management had not yet confirmed our claims. We went to the reception, explained that the room was in a terrible state, that we wanted to leave, and requested a refund. They took us around the property to show us bungalows, which were a lower class. We looked at two more rooms, and everything was the same – broken plumbing and very dirty. The staff begged us not to leave, trying to stall for time. While they were driving us around the property, we almost missed our boat to the mainland. Only when we started to argue did they bring us back to the lobby, and we were finally able to leave. The only beautiful thing about this hotel is the beach; unfortunately, we didn't get to spend any time there. In summary: we lost a whole day of our vacation due to transfers, and our money was not refunded. After returning, we decided to reread the reviews, and it turns out we got off very lightly. Definitely read not only the good reviews but also the negative ones; they provide a realistic picture of what tourists, including us, encountered. This hotel doesn't even deserve three stars. Save your time and nerves on your vacation, and absolutely do not book this hotel; it's a nightmare!

Excellent hotel, the bungalow was clean and spacious! Breakfast was incomparable! The pool, surrounded by greenery and shade, was clean, and there were plenty of sun loungers. We're thrilled!
