Popular Nha Trang 4-star Hotels

One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. We stayed 6 nights. The hotel is just 5 mins walk to the beach and has an amazing (small) pool with ocean view at the rooftop. Not many sunbeds so try to get there early. We had a room with sea view and a huge, super comfortable bed (2 single beds together). Sparkling clean modern room and the breakfast was great as well. As we are vegetarian the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes, preparing something vegetarian every day just for us. We will never forget how friendly, professional and genuine the people at DTX were. From the general manager Mr. Nguyen Trong who made sure to greet every guest personally in the morning and teach us some words in Vietnamese, to Mr. Nguyen Anh Quy, the F&B Manager, who is a vegan and was so kind to organise a vegetarian breakfast for us, gave us restaurant recommendations and took amazing care of us. Another wonderful person was the lovely lady at the reception, who literally went to the train station to help us with train tickets and we cannot forget the trainee doorman from Hanoi who was always super nice and friendly greeting us every day with a smile. We never experienced hospitality like that and we travel 2 to 3 months a year all over the world. We felt like we were at home and will definitely come back when in Viet Nam again. We usually do a lot of research online before booking long stays and this is definitely the best you can find in the area. If possible we would give 6 stars!!! Thank you for everything. We had reservations for a suite 1 bedroom ocean view room, and the pictures on the Capital One travel website showed this room with a round bed and ocean view. However upon arrival, the manager (“Hoc”? On 08Nov22 afternoon) tried to put us in an inferior room facing a building with 2 beds and a partial ocean view. When went back down and refused this room He said his system showed this is what I reserved and paid for. I showed him my prepaid reservation clearly showing otherwise. It also didn’t make sense, as his room was only $28 for 2 nights and we paid $68 per my reservation receipt for the suite 1bd ocean view. While there clearly was some miscommunication in the reservation systems, Instead of acknowledging and honoring my reservation documents, and dealing with the problem between vendors in the background, he said mine were a “lie”! Yes actual quotes! Even though my payment clearly indicated there was no way I reserved the inferior room he put me in. Over the course of the next half hour, we went back and forth, him upping the room type and me showing him pictures of the room I reserved and requesting that room. He even said that I could NOT have that room because they “sold out 10 minutes ago” and maybe I could “try again tomorrow to switch rooms if available”. I then showed him on my phone that Booking.com shows 3 of these rooms still available - and he said it was “lie”, again! So I showed him on Agoda.com the same fact; he just shook his head. I then called Capital One Travel and they talked to him via my phone as they couldn’t reach his office internationally. FINALLY after all this I got the room I paid for. But I was not happy about this check-in experience. It tainted our whole stay here. Perhaps it was just a one off with this manager, but his behavior demonstrated a serious lack of customer service, common courtesy, logic given the rate we paid, and integrity. We question how the hotel could tolerate such behavior and concluded he must have the support of his management to have been so aggressive and bold in his actions. We will NEVER stay here again as a result.

Novotel is an international star hotel. I have stayed there frequently before and the quality is as good as ever. The location of the hotel is great, convenient to go everywhere; the price is also very cost-effective. The breakfast was rich, the staff were polite, and the room was clean and atmospheric. The key point is that the sea view room is so beautiful that you won’t want to leave! 🌹🌹🌹

Amazing hotel, room looks very modern and lux! Just a note, massage is not always available, counter had to call them to come and they asked for tips after the session. Great buffet spread though.

Honestly we had a great short stay here at the Ibis Styles in Nha Trang. At the end of the day everything is relative and you could not ask for anything more in this price bracket. The Ibis Nha Trang provides more then you pay for. Hot showers, clean comfy sheets and bed, clean room with an awesome ocean view and as Accor members we received all the extra bits and pieces including the requested later check out. All provided with a smile and attentive service. Breakfast offerings were minimal but more then enough to do the job. The Ibis is in a great spot centrally located and a short stroll to the beach although the hotel pool area is actually awesome to be honest one of the best we have experienced which was a delightful surprise. In this price bracket I highly recommend this hotel for extended stays inNha Trang and a huge shout out to Tien Duong and Ms Drep Quoc Dat front office manager, great job guys!

Персонал отеля Atlantic заслуживает отдельного упоминания. Они были дружелюбными и отзывчивыми, всегда готовы помочь и ответить на мои вопросы. Завтрак, предлагаемый в отеле, был разнообразным и вкусным. Я также оценил наличие бассейна на крыше отеля, где можно было расслабиться после долгого дня. Единственным недостаток, был некоторый шум из окружающих улиц, особенно в ночное время. Однако это не сильно влияло на мое общее впечатление о пребывании.

I am very happy when I coming and staying hotel Le's cham. I coming to early at 7am but receptionist so support to me special Nhan Nguyen, manager in front desk. She's help all my request. Beside that, she had explained all hotel policies for me. And then when I stayed room was better. Wonderful. I will come back on August.

I liked this hotel. It actually has 5 star potential. However a few things need to be addressed. First may I say I found the staff to be kind and helpful. The room are nice for the price. However 2 things kind of upset me. The first thing is when something breaks you are told it will be fixed but days later it won't be. Even after asking 3 different times. Secondly, the maid. There were 2 of them and while one was perfectly fine the second one had an attitude as soon as the door opened. She would stare at me and start laughing. She'd start saying things in Vietnamese to he coworker and without knowing the language I knew she was degrading me. I don't know why but it was very obvious. I started to just take the water from her and tell her not to clean. She'd go through my trash in front of me and start showing things to the other maid and just start laughing. I travel a lot and this was a first for me. Lastly, I was there for 4 weeks. She left coffee 3 times. Shampoo and bath gel 3 times. All I 4 weeks. I don't know if she takes it home or if the hotel gives her a bonus to not leave it but that was her way of doing things. I always tip maids and I did the first couple of nights until I realized she wasn't leaving anything and I quit. I went out and bought shampoo and coffee as I could see I couldn't rely on her for anything. Her attitude alone cost the review 2 stars and if she keeps this up with other guests they need to look at making a change.

The Alana Nha Trang Beach Hotel is a lovely hotel. It is near the beach and has a very nice, if a bit limited sea view. The hotel very kindly gave me a room upgrade. The facilities are superb. The rooms are wonderful and the beds are comfortable (if you get to sleep in them), and the staff is very helpful. Each room has a scale for weighing your luggage, which helped me because I'm always teetering on the limit of being stuck somewhere forever. Breakfast is the usual superb buffet you'd expect from a five-star hotel. What's not to like? Don't come here if you're looking to sleep. Everything was fine until about 10pm when someone started doing construction on the wall of my room. Bash! Crash! Thump! Duh-duh-duh-duh-duh-duh-duh--duh-duh-duh-duh-Crash!!! BOOM! This went on four hours. The hotel must have anticipated it because there were two sets of earplugs on the table next to the bed. Trying to block this assault with earplugs was like trying to stop a fire hose with a cotton ball. BOOM! BANG! DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH-BANG! I was on the 10th floor and I was still being pummeled like I was the object of a B-52 strike centred on my head. i eventually took all the bedding off the bed, went into the bathroom and made a place to sleep on the tile floor. Having an extra door and a glass wall between me and the constant pounding helped muffle it a bit, and I was eventully able to fall asleep from exhaustion after several hours of assult by pounding ”music.” This might be a great place to come if you want an accompaniment to a little illicit afternoon boom-boom-boom, but don't come here if you expect a relaxing evening and some sleep. You won't get it. It was a horrible experience, due entirely to the relentless, torturous assault that was inflicted on me. Would I recommend this hotel? Not a chance. Just for afternoon quickies. I'm giving it a rating of two, which is an average of 5 for illicit afternoon activities and 0 for normal uses like sleeping, relaxing, watching TV, reading, or writing. Actually, the rating is 2.5 but ratings of 0 and half-point ratings aren't allowed so I'm making it a 2 because the experience was so painful. Lovely hotel. Assault on the senses, and not in a good way. Save it for those secret liaisons where you have no expectation of sleep.

Nha Trang is a lovely beach town a short plane trip from Ho Chi Minh City. If you are in Vietnam, you should take the opportunity to visit. There are a series of islands off the coast that are normally quite easy to visit via a very clever cable car system that connect everything. BUT - the cable system is NOT CURRENTLY OPERATING. So staying on one of the islands is not as attractive. Stay on the mainland! We enjoyed our stay at this location, for its easy access to everything on the mainland. The front desk team was professional. Young lady Thao and the location was ideal, right in the middle of the city on the main road along the beach. Very easy to get around. The pool has a nice view for catching the sunset or sunrise. Wish I could go back!!!
