Hotel room clean and spacious. AC worked well. Bathroom clean and the shower had good pressure. The housekeeping staff were like ninjas - never had a room serviced so quickly. The minibar was never on. Has a lovely pool on the 6th floor but the pool staff aren’t very welcoming. They seemed very reluctant to provide towels and were very proactive about taking them the instant you took a step away from the pool side (we were actually headed in the direction of the towel station). The included breakfast was really nice (especially the fresh fruit) but I would get coffee elsewhere. The location was a bit away from the actual centre and food. Definitely walkable. There are an enormous amount of affiliated taxis always at the front and a seemingly busy “karaoke massage” establishment on the side of the hotel. Where this hotel really didn’t do well was customer service. They were unable to answer questions about their room facilities (we had a small, easily rectified issue that they refused to come up and look at), the pool staff were rude and were happy to let conference guests be extremely loud until all hours, interfering with guests’ sleep.

We stayed here for 2nights and any one looking to stay in the city next to the beach and to all the hotspots around Nha Trang city highly recommended this hotel. We stayed booked 3 rooms 2 were panorama view suits and the other were a balcony suit. Both has amazing views of the beach and the Nha Trang bay. Panorama suits do not have a balcony so anyone smoking or looking to open up their balcony we recommend the balcony suit. The rooms were super spacious clean and the views were amazing. The roof top have a small pool not the most picturesque. Early morning or late evening can just put on your swimwear and walk to the beach from the hotel. Few beach clubs like sailing club is couple of minutes walking distance from the property.

We were welcomed by The manager Vo thi my Van and Tran thi my Quynh who is the receptionist both very good at their job's we found that that they wanted to help us organise our stay and help was always on hand thank you to both of you. The restaurant is on the 3rd floor very spacious room which caters for all.

However, due to the pandemic of COVID-19, the SPA service in the hotel was closed and included the gym and other game facilities. The room is a good size, with a small balcony and sea view in the distance. It is relatively new, the elevator is convenient, the accommodation is comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel service is good. We had **** on the first day we arrived. We had abdominal pain and diarrhea. We still had a fever the next day. We asked the front desk if we could delay check-out so we could take a little more rest. We were told that it could only be delayed until 1230. If it was later, we would be fine. I have to pay. At twelve o'clock, the front desk called and said that the manager was aware of the situation and allowed us to check out for free. It was a flexible arrangement👏🏻. We were grateful for this.

We booked the hotel pick-up service and everything was great. We were able to check in early and the first impression was very good. My room was spacious, well equipped, with windows overlooking the mountains and the city. The staff were friendly and professional, especially the receptionist helped us book cheap and quality tours. It seems that our airport pick-up was handled by the receptionist. The breakfast was quite delicious and there were many dishes to choose from. There are some traditional Vietnamese dishes that I really like. The beach is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel and guests can borrow towels at the front desk. My rating of this hotel is very good and there is nothing to complain about.

The wedding trip was decided to take place in Vietnam. A long search for a hotel as the choice was either cheap but old scary rooms with cockroaches (judging by people's reviews) or expensive-rich. Finally, I found a compromise: a new hotel (2018 building) near the beach (5 minutes walk real). It is in a cliff from the main streets, but all entertainment is two steps, again plus, as there is no noise from the caraoke bars at night. There is a massage salon next to it, and shops, and cafes. We liked everything at the location. Vietnam is very peculiar, the streets are dirty, people are noisy, lots of Chinese. But the chic sea, the beautiful beach, for tourists everything is well-equipped, oooo very tasty and inexpensive food! Shrimp fire! )) As for the hotel: rooms are clean, furniture is simple but absolutely new, everything is necessary to eat. Towels are often changed, underwear is a little less. About the ocean view: You can not overpay, the ocean is visible a Maaal piece) really the ocean view can only be in hotels on the first line, no further speech can be, as there is a hotel on the hotel and the whole view is blocked by buildings, so don't even get frozen. Breakfasts are normal, every day soup Fo, eggs, fruit-greats and there are all national dishes, but I am far from it and have not eaten such) Since we are newly married, we have given a plate of fruit and decorated the number) nice and pleasant!

I booked a sea-view room. I came and gave it to a common room. I said that there was a problem with the sea-view room after a temporary rest. I couldn’t live in the sea-view room. Good hotel, friendly staff, settlement in 14.00, but we in 12.00 invited to the room! If you pay 5 dollars, you will settle at once! Our room was not ready in 10.00, so we changed clothes and rushed to the beach, leaving things on the resepschn. The hotel is located on the first line, the beach across the road! To Lotosa minutes 15 walking, as much learned before the night market! To the Cho Dam market was riding a bus, as well as to the towers of Po Nagar, the garden of stones and to Buddha. They went to Spa (mineral sources and dirt). I liked everything! The $500 was enough for food, trips (they went to Winperl), souvenirs and small shopping! I recommend the hotel if there are no huge expectations from housing and food! That was enough!

I booked it for one night, but my flight was early in the morning… I stayed for 0.5 nights~ It was inconvenient when I went out to buy something I needed because they only gave me one key because I didn't have enough keys. If I take the key out, it would be inconvenient for the people in the hotel. If you don't take it with you, you'll have to use your key to get on the elevator, which is inconvenient. The front desk was dirty and not nice. Still, the room was clean, and the location was good as it was centrally located.

Our plane was delayed, so we arrived late. Fortunately, we were not far from the airport. We arrived in less than an hour. The service at the front desk was enthusiastic and attentive. The location of this hotel is really outstanding. We are a few steps away from the beautiful beach in Nha Trang, allowing us to spend a relaxing day on the beach without worrying about traffic. It is also very convenient when we want to explore restaurants, shops and famous attractions in the city center. The hotel is fully equipped, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The front desk staff are very good, very active and enthusiastic. The breakfast is good, there are many varieties, and I personally feel that the price is quite high. Price is cheap by the sea, staff always smiling, very friendly and welcoming to help us, we really feel welcomed and valued. We will come back if we have the opportunity
