Hotels near Nha Trang Train Station, Nha Trang

We stayed 2 nights in Ch N° 405 in this hotel. Good bed, good climate. Breakfast at the top, sublime view of Nha Trang, and excellent buffet, friendly staff at the restaurant. We booked the bus for Dalat at the reception, we must mix English & Tieng Vietnam, and then the receptionist's translator phone did the rest, and the next morning everything was well booked, we had doubts.

The hotel is in a very good location, surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Very close to the beach and night market. The room is a bit small, but has everything you need. The price/performance ratio is quite high and worth recommending.

The price is not expensive. If you choose it, it depends on the price. You can choose it from the beach and close to the church. The second floor is very noisy, and the sound insulation is poor. Others put water in to bathe and make a lot of noise. It is recommended to choose a better one during the day.

I am very happy when I coming and staying hotel Le's cham. I coming to early at 7am but receptionist so support to me special Nhan Nguyen, manager in front desk. She's help all my request. Beside that, she had explained all hotel policies for me. And then when I stayed room was better. Wonderful. I will come back on August.

Hotel on amateur! The rooms are small , but this is a hotel just for walking , not for resting in it without leaving it. The room has a refrigerator, a teapot, a closet (bathrooms), a shower normal and tropical , a bed soft , but you sleep well. Cleaning every day, filling of items and water, changing towels. Every day was given: tea, coffee, toothbrush, razor , watt sticks and shower hat. The hotel has a gym on the 20th floor (small but it is possible to do), sauna (almost warm) and hamm (heat be healthy), work from 16-00 to 17-00 The pool on the 21st floor is also modest , but combined with the hamm was great. The pool is children's and adults in one place . On the 21st floor of a cafe , where you can order juices , alcoholic beverages and food. On the 1st floor, the restaurant where breakfast is the Swedish table. Let's say so slightly above average, not many dishes, but the quality of their preparation is noticeable. After breakfast in the restaurant to 20-00 you can order on the menu! Location in the vain , near the market in a couple of minutes walk , beach with lotus in five minutes walk , supermarket winmart in a minute walk , various cafes, muzzles, street food , rolled around the hotel . The hotel is worth its money, but it is not all !

From the downsides the room - barely working refrigerator (the husband did not tolerate and went to see later - he was just a roll of dust), and the nearby building, because of the noise, could not open the balcony, had to turn on the condour and I was quick to forgive it. But the rest of the hotel liked it. Feed very decent - delicious and diverse. The Chinese were stressed, but who aren't they? For the three, I think, more than a decent hotel. We were very unlucky with the weather, and most of the holiday was watched by the serialists in the room. In the vicinity - a bunch of cafes and shops. The other downsides I can note the modern locks on the doors of the rooms))) The fact is that when the door is not tightly closed it is eating. We were unlucky and a family that lived in two rooms was next to us: parents with children in one, baba and grandfather are in another. So here are children supposed to have always run from room to room. Naturally, parents just left them open to avoid eternal door opening. We had reservations for a suite 1 bedroom ocean view room, and the pictures on the Capital One travel website showed this room with a round bed and ocean view. However upon arrival, the manager (“Hoc”? On 08Nov22 afternoon) tried to put us in an inferior room facing a building with 2 beds and a partial ocean view. When went back down and refused this room He said his system showed this is what I reserved and paid for. I showed him my prepaid reservation clearly showing otherwise. It also didn’t make sense, as his room was only $28 for 2 nights and we paid $68 per my reservation receipt for the suite 1bd ocean view. While there clearly was some miscommunication in the reservation systems, Instead of acknowledging and honoring my reservation documents, and dealing with the problem between vendors in the background, he said mine were a “lie”! Yes actual quotes! Even though my payment clearly indicated there was no way I reserved the inferior room he put me in. Over the course of the next half hour, we went back and forth, him upping the room type and me showing him pictures of the room I reserved and requesting that room. He even said that I could NOT have that room because they “sold out 10 minutes ago” and maybe I could “try again tomorrow to switch rooms if available”. I then showed him on my phone that Booking.com shows 3 of these rooms still available - and he said it was “lie”, again! So I showed him on Agoda.com the same fact; he just shook his head. I then called Capital One Travel and they talked to him via my phone as they couldn’t reach his office internationally. FINALLY after all this I got the room I paid for. But I was not happy about this check-in experience. It tainted our whole stay here. Perhaps it was just a one off with this manager, but his behavior demonstrated a serious lack of customer service, common courtesy, logic given the rate we paid, and integrity. We question how the hotel could tolerate such behavior and concluded he must have the support of his management to have been so aggressive and bold in his actions. We will NEVER stay here again as a result.
