This is a value-for-your-money budget hotel, very conveniently located. We spent one night there. All the rooms were occupied... mostly families, but the place was very quiet. We felt very safe here. The owner was welcoming & friendly and shared information on things we could do there. The room was clean and had a breakfast basket waiting - muffins, banana, fruit juice & water. Some reviewers have complained about the breakfast, but i think, for the money we have paid to stay here, this is decent breakfast... enough to fill you up & get you going. The bed was very comfortable, too. The bathroom needs a facelift, but apart from that, we really liked this low- budget place & will definitely stay here again.

This is one of the nicest B&Bs we’ve stayed in! A century house that is full of character. The rooms are extremely well equipped, nothing left out. The thoughtfulness in providing a separate room to make tea or coffee was appreciated. The breakfast was such a spread for the 8 guests staying there. Hot breakfast to start including a very yummy apple cinnamon French toast, several different fruits, baked goods, including muffins, croissants and bagels. A great start to the day!

The hotel is on the road and has free parking.

The staff was friendly. The “spa” was honestly gross and disappointing. The oxygen bar was unattended and there was used nasal tubing laying around. The shower head in our room was broken and sprayed water everywhere except onto the body. The walls are thin you can hear everything in the hallway (definitely pack a fan and sound machine) They use a really strong artificial fragrance on the carpets- I had to use my asthma rescue inhaler several times. It was nice being close to the ****** and falls- but I don’t think we will stay here again due to the smells, sounds and disrepairs.

The hotel was based very near to Niagara so the location is very convenient. However, at reception I felt a sense of passive aggression from the clerk at midnight which was unsoothing. The variety for breakfast was poor as there was only waffles and there were barely any amenities provided.
