The location of Quality Hotel & Suites at the Falls is undeniably convenient, but unfortunately, that’s about the only highlight. The hotel feels extremely dated, from the worn-out furniture to the tired interior design that hasn’t seen a refresh in years. The ambiance is more gloomy than inviting.
The breakfast experience was disorganized and honestly off-putting. It was served in a shared space with a bar and a Papa John’s restaurant, both of which are packed and noisy at night, leaving the area feeling unclean and poorly maintained the next morning. We found uncleared tables and sticky floors, making the whole experience far from what you’d expect at a “Quality” hotel.
For the price and the name, I expected a much better experience. This place seriously needs a renovation and rethinking of guest services, especially if it wants to keep up with the many better lodging options around Niagara Falls. Would not recommend unless you have absolutely no other option.
