"The hotel is in a great location, right next to the waterfall park. It only takes 3-4 minutes to walk to watch the fireworks at night. The service is also good. The free chocolate cake placed in the lobby is very delicious, with a strong chocolate flavor. There is also free lemonade and hot water. The room is spacious and clean. High cost performance!"
"Hotel is old and outdated. They charged additional approx $10 daily for amenities like wifi & pool which are free for most of the hotels now! No toothbrush, no slipper, no hot water etc.
Location is good, minutes walk to state park and rainbow bridge."
"I thought I had paid everything through Trip.com, but when I got there, they said there was an additional fee and charged me another $94. I didn't know what it was and just paid it. Other than that, the facilities were clean and the room was neat. The breakfast was also better than most restaurants."
"I came during the epidemic, so there is no cleaning service, but the hotel is very new, the corridor is very beautiful, there is a Starbucks on the first floor, but it is closed because of the epidemic. It is very close to the waterfall. It is a three-minute drive. The hotel has a free parking lot. Parking at the waterfall is $10 each. Haven't eaten the hotel breakfast. The room I stayed in was very large. It was a corner room with two large floor-to-ceiling windows. However, because the hotel is relatively short, there are only three or four floors with average views. The overall hygiene is quite good, that is, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel or something is not disposable, it is the kind of three bottles filled with a lot of liquid."
"A very new hotel with good service. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Niagara Falls Park. The hotel provides breakfast and dinner, but they are charged. There is no stove in the kitchen, only a microwave. If you want to cook your own food, you can drive to Walmart far away to buy some food, and choose simple ingredients that are ready to eat or can be heated in the microwave. In general, it is a satisfactory hotel."
"The room is nice, the breakfast is good, the price is very reasonable, and the transportation is very convenient. It's just too far from Niagara Falls, it takes 15 minutes to drive."
"In some balcony rooms, there is an exhaust vent on the side, and people with nervous breakdowns should be careful when taking photos. There is no need to pack breakfast, and it is also available to order."
"The old hotel is decorated in a classic and elegant location, a few minutes from the Falls Park, and there is a viewing room on the roof to see the Niagara River and the waterfall (the last two pictures). Free coffee, hot water and lemonade are provided on the first floor all day, as well as green tea and cocoa bags. The room was clean and comfortable. The most important thing is that every front desk clerk is very good, warm and welcoming. Especially moving was that before I checked out that morning, I suddenly had a huge stomachache in the room. The front desk helped to call an ambulance to take me to the hospital and told me not to worry about the room. After the treatment, it was 5:30 pm. I returned to the room to pack my things and check out. I asked how much money I had to pay for the late check-out. The front desk manager said that I didn't need to pay any more money. I was fine. The most important thing! It's really touched to hear such a word, such a humane hotel that makes people feel warm is worth a super five-star evaluation!"
"Check in was poor, the staff is poorly trained. Despite having a fully paid up booking my card was debited $87, for which they had no answer except apologising.
They said they’ll looking into the matter but can’t do anything for now. They didn’t issue me a credit note for the amount charged.
There was no wifi in the entire hotel during our entire stay , for which they could again only apologise 😡. They couldn’t get it up in 48 hours!
Breakfast was served with a frown,no smiling faces, except Mr Liberta who was helpful and courteous.
They couldn’t serve plain hot milk and gave unripe fruits ( oranges and bananas) during breakfast ."
"We had an amazing time I went with my sister for my 52th Birthday. Everyone at the resort was great, and the best part is its location. You can actually walk to Canada from the hotel! It’s less than a 30 minute walk to the border, but make sure you bring your passport and a few quarters for the bridge toll back to the USA, which is only $1.25.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered room service and were impressed with the quick delivery and beautiful presentation. The resort also offers several dining options, a full ******, a spa, and a pool, making it a well- rounded destination whether you’re there to relax or explore."

55m36688The room is big and the location is good. You can walk to Niagara Falls. The breakfast is not a buffet, so you can't eat enough and it's not tasty. The check-in cookies are sweet and warm. Parking is very convenient. The price has increased from $16.2!
GGuest UserWe stayed for two nights and did not set the do not disturb function, but the room was not cleaned. The service attitude of the restaurant was very poor, probably because we are Chinese. My daughter speaks very good English, but she basically ignored me. I booked a room for two days, and on the second day I went to the restaurant and was told that we only had breakfast for one day. I went to the front desk to find it again, and it was only then that I could get it. This is also a five-star hotel. In a word, it is a pain to stay in a hotel abroad, and Ctrip has no advantages abroad.
GGuest UserLoved this hotel especially the hotel staff (especially a very kind lady who helped with my baby’s milk at 11 pm in night) are super friendly and accommodative. The hotel is very clean and the rooms were spacious. Loved our stay.
GGuest UserGood location! It's walking distance to Niagara Falls State Park about 6 min. The room was big enough, a little outdated room but the bed was great and comfortable. It's perfect place if you are looking for an affordable room just for sleep. Generally, hotels in NY side of Niagara Falls are outdated to compare to Canadian side. I am satisfied with this stay!
SShirleyMMjinfenjiarenThe hotel is very convenient for traveling in the scenic area. It is a budget hotel and the front desk staff is very nice. There are many tourists staying in the hotel. The room was booked for cleaning, but it was not cleaned.
DDANJINGThe family drove to Niagara Falls to play in the hotel near the waterfall. The hotel is opened by Indians. It is obvious that there are more guests in India and Pakistan, and breakfast can still be full. There are bread, milk, yogurt, eggs and homemade waffle cake. The hotel room is also relatively large, the double bed is also large, the sanitary conditions are OK, and it is more convenient to drive from the waterfall for seven or eight minutes. There is an Italian restaurant near the hotel, and it is convenient to eat. It is still possible from the price/performance ratio.
TTarraconense23The place was nicely located very close to the falls. Ample parking and ample rooms. The hotel itself it’s okay, just a bit rundown but it’s not bad. The lady at reception was nice and gave us a few tips for the falls. Great soundproof from the outside but not from your neighbours.
YYinghuiyiranMotel, 30 minutes from the airport, happened to be the weekend, the room rate was high, because it was close to the evening, so I chose a nearby
최최I used it during my business trip and I was able to spend the perfect day on my business trip. I plan to use it again on my next business trip and thank you for your excellent service.
GGuest UserLocation: Although the location is great as this hotel is very close to the visitor center. But at night the area around the hotel is very dark and seems unsafe.
Front Desk: A little too preoccupied with process and not really great at communication. We had booked a room with two queen beds online and paid in advance. At the hotel we requested if the same can be changed to one king size bed - the receptionist foolishly changed the room to one queen bed room !!
Restaurant: Great staff, very helpful and inviting and always ready to explain even the most basic things to foreigner like myself.
Cleanliness: Great Job !!
