Outdated but very clean. No carpet in our room made it seem cold and unwelcome. Blonde gentlemen on the desk came across as surly. Pool was great. Sadly our room was right by the staircase to parking and lots of noise starting at about 6:30 am. Breakfast was fine.

Location Location Location! Very friendly staff, parking onsite, clean room. Breakfast was simple but delicious- and the staff actually smiled and seemed happy…not something we see a lot of anymore! A definite return to hotel next time we’re in the area

Cost saving

The hotel is divided into two sides, with an elevator on one side and nothing like a camping or gas car hostel on the other. I spent more than HK$1700 to book a room, but was arranged to stay on a floor without an elevator. and the staff appealed, he even said I only used a very low price to book the room, very rude. The stairwell in the corridor was very dilapidated, and the air conditioning in the room was even more dirty, making a train-like sound all night. There is no scenery outside the window, but also a parking lot. All night I saw the headlights outside the window flashing non-stop, the front of the car almost sticking to the window. The experience of this hotel was terrible, it couldn't be said to be a hotel at all. I applied with trip.com to cancel my reservation, but kept entangled from 6pm until 11pm before a reply.  I came to the Falls area only for a night, but left unhappy memories.

The location is very good. I stayed here five years ago. It's next to the observation tower and a short walk to the waterfall. The parking space is a bit tight. The breakfast is not bad. It's good to have breakfast included.

Good location, but not clean

clean but the facilities are old, I paid the.hotel.with trip.com and arriving at the hotel they asked me for a deposit of 500 dollars the other day when I went to check out they charged me 12.49 dollars per room according to having used the resort when I knew there was and I never used it since we only used the place to rest

The balcony can see the waterfall, which is better than other hotels. And it is relatively close to other attractions, which can be reached on foot, and the bar next to it can be enjoyed in the evening when you have nothing to do.
