The furniture was old, the bed was terrible, and there was a strange, unpleasant smell. The receptionist was also unfriendly. I do not recommend this place.

A good hotel for the price. The rooms could use some updating, but they were clean and comfortable enough for our stay. Free parking was a great bonus and helped save some money. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the falls. The route includes some hills, but it is still very manageable. Across the street is a ****** with a food court, which was very convenient for quick and affordable meals. The staff were friendly and provided good service. Breakfast was satisfactory and similar to what we experienced at other hotels in Canada. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money, and I would stay here again if visiting the area.

The room was large and clean, but the sink was quite clogged, and it took a long time for the hot water to come out. Since the sink was clogged, it was a real hassle to get hot water. I wasn't happy with that. Breakfast was too simple; they didn't even offer boiled eggs, which was very disappointing. I chose this hotel because it's close to the waterfall, and parking is free at the hotel, so you can just walk to the waterfall.

I took a room for $95 + tax for a decent price per room. Free parking. . The room is clean. The pool is too much chlorine. It's like a detergent was poured into the jadkuzi. I didn't like it. Breakfast - omelet, sausages, oranges and apples (although it was summer) breakfast cereals, a type of jam. coffee, tea, juices. One-time tableware and appliances are cheap plastic.

Came for New years. Spent 3 nights. Perfect location.

Outdated but very clean. No carpet in our room made it seem cold and unwelcome. Blonde gentlemen on the desk came across as surly. Pool was great. Sadly our room was right by the staircase to parking and lots of noise starting at about 6:30 am. Breakfast was fine.

Location Location Location! Very friendly staff, parking onsite, clean room. Breakfast was simple but delicious- and the staff actually smiled and seemed happy…not something we see a lot of anymore! A definite return to hotel next time we’re in the area

I had booked a trip, but I caught a fever and a cold before departure. I contacted the hotel to inquire about changing the itinerary due to special circumstances, but they refused. They still charged me over $200 for the hotel stay! If I could give it zero stars, I would do so without hesitation 😡

The location is excellent; the waterfall is just a three-minute walk away. However, because I went in winter, the breakfast was terrible. There weren't even basic necessities like eggs, sausages, or meat patties. All we had was bread, waffles, coffee, cereal, and apples.

The facilities are not in good condition, the floors, walls, bathrooms, the employees helped me a lot in changing rooms since when I arrived they gave me a room with a broken heater.

The biggest draw is its proximity to the city center, where you can see the falls. Free parking is a plus. The hotel is on a hill, so you always have to climb to see the falls. The free coffee is a plus.
