Amazing location and cozy rooms! Highly recommended. Parking nearby and all other nice restaurants and opera as well.

This hotel is absolutely dishonest! I booked an Ocean Front Privilege room, but they assigned me to a corner room facing a back alley. When I spoke to the front desk, they first tried to argue that all their rooms are ocean front. So I asked if every single room was Ocean Front. They then shifted blame, saying it was the 'agent's fault' and that the computer showed I booked 'this room.' When I looked at the computer, it said 'Chambre Privilege.' I tried to take a picture to dispute it with the agent, but they refused, citing 'business secrets.' After contacting Ctrip, the hotel stubbornly insisted this room was indeed an 'Ocean Front Privilege.' In the end, Ctrip had to refund the price difference for me. When checking out, I took another photo and discovered a label on the fridge clearly stating the room was just 'Chambre Privilege.' In all my travels to many countries, this is the only hotel I've encountered with such a lack of integrity. My only recourse was to cancel all my subsequent Mercure bookings in places like Marseille, and I will never stay at a Mercure again.

The location is amazing…. Few footsteps to the beach… service was average but staffs were friendly. Room was quiet and with a good ambiance. Comfortable bed and cushion.

Great location, nice view from the entrance, friendly helpful staff. The room wasn’t as big as in the website pictures and didn’t have the same view either and was very dark. Very spacious bathroom though.

Good place! Face the sea, but not any room. Normally the room window is open to loan, but quiet.

I was checked in before 2 PM, which was very convenient as a room was available. Everyone was very friendly, and the rooms are two-story and fully equipped. The sea is nearby (just across the road) and there's a pedestrian street with many cafes. I highly recommend it! The price-quality ratio is superb!

Good location, but no elevator and the room was quite cramped around the bed, making it quite uncomfortable.

The hotel is clearly outdated, with visible signs of wear. The room and bathroom both had an unpleasant odor, which made the stay uncomfortable from the start. For a hotel that claims a 4-star rating, the lack of basic amenities—such as slippers—is surprising and disappointing. The so-called “hot” water was barely warm, and the air conditioning unit failed to provide heat, leaving the room uncomfortably cold during the night. Overall, the experience fell well below expectations for a property in this category.

This hotel experience was amazing! The room was very cozy, and every detail showed the hotel's care. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The service was even better. The staff was warm and thoughtful, and they responded to every request. I felt like I was at home. I have to give it a five-star rating!
