Overall this is a good hotel. Not far from the train station.

Room is small but clean. Close to the train station so it’s convenient

Overall, the hotel is decent, but for this price range, there are many options in Nice with cleaner and better-maintained rooms. We stayed for 2 nights, which was acceptable, but for a longer stay we would have appreciated more comfort. Pros: Excellent quality pillows and mattresses. Clean bed linen — many thanks to the staff for this! Cons: I hope the hotel management reads this. Room 101: The shower partition needs to be replaced — it is no longer watertight and leaks through the sliding doors as they don’t close properly. The showerhead should be moved to the wall on the right to make it easier to take a comfortable shower. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and the curtains were dirty — cleaning standards need to be more strictly enforced. The desk lamp on the left cannot be turned on independently from the main room light, which is inconvenient when you want to work in the evening with softer lighting. The location is good, but it’s noisy both outside and in the corridor. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming — we truly appreciated that!

Very good, it was a very nice weekend, and the hotel was very well equipped.

Do not stay, location absolutely noisy train tracks , traffic , honking , very very small, barely can fit one person & carry on luggage in elevator , the worst NO AIR CONDITION!!! DID NOT REFUND even after we did not stay after letting front staff know our concerns … Do not book , you will be disappointed & lose your money …

Standard Room is small and sometimes can be suffocative as windows can not be opened all day long. 🏨 is close to Nice Gare and major road . You can hear noise from both cars and 🚄 passing by outside early in the morning.

It is the second time that we stayed here and would happily return again. A wonderful experience in the perfect location.

When my flight was cancelled, the hotel didn't want to understand my situation..Instead of five nights, I stayed at the hotel for three nights. the hotel was dirty, especially the bathroom. They were given a room on the first floor overlooking the courtyard, which had air conditioning and had no view. The hotel does not pull on four stars, a maximum of three.Next time I would definitely not stay at this hotel.

A truly great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Hassen at reception was especially kind and always very helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was good. The hotel is located near the train station.

It's very close to Nice Ville train station, about a five-minute walk away. Nice Ville is very convenient for traveling to other parts of southern France. This hotel is quite good value for money!

The noise level was high, the environment was average, and it was the most disappointing hotel I stayed in during my European trip. Can you imagine how yellow their towels were? Originally, our private tour group's agency arranged a room for two. When we looked at the pictures on Ctrip, we saw it was only about 10 square meters, and the bathroom was tiny. I almost fainted. While I know European hotel rooms aren't large, two large suitcases were a real struggle. I quickly booked another room for myself. I was given a room on the top floor, with an irregularly shaped roof. It was a bit creepy.

We were given the highest poster room with three balconies, which was a pleasant surprise. The front desk was very good and the local restaurant they recommended was very good. The only problem was that the elevator was too small and sometimes occupied by the staff.
