Good convenient location in Nice. Within walking distance. However, our hotel room shower water flow is too little & slow. Not sure if happen to our room only or whole hotel water pressure is low. At night, above us, keep hearing stomping & moving of heavy items sound. A bit kind of disruptive to sleep. Overall hotel staff & services are good

Overall was ok. But i felt some staff are not friendly to Asian visitors, impatient to Asian people. Location of the hotel is great , only the room may need some upgrade/ refurbish.

We booked a standard room but were quite disappointed - for the price, it really wasn’t worth it and we wouldn’t recommend it. Parking is rather expensive(35€day), but it’s located in a secured underground garage across from the hotel, which is convenient. Overall, we wouldn’t book this hotel again as the price-performance ratio just isn’t right.

The hotel is right next to the Galeries Lafayette, within walking distance of the old town, the Bay of Angels, and the commercial district. This is a plus. The minus is the aging facilities. I smelled a sewer odor on the first day and thought I'd just put it off. But the next day, while doing laundry, I noticed a leak under the sink. Upon inspection, I discovered the drain pipe under the overflow drain wasn't connected, and a stale, foul odor was emanating from it. I finally found the source of the room's odor. Although the hotel offered me a room change, it was smaller than my original one. The hotel offered no apology. So, I have to complain.

The room wasn't large, but it was fairly clean. The building is a bit old, but after renovations, a small elevator was installed, which basically meets your needs. It's very close to the Cinque Terre train station, making it very convenient for traveling to the Cinque Terre. The breakfast room is in the newly built podium and is clean and tidy. I was looking for a hotel in Nice with its own parking, because according to reviews, cars are robbed in almost all parking lots.
