I stayed one night near the airport before a program starts. The room is spacious and clean. It’s not too far from the airport even if you walk.

The location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations. The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean. The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies. I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults. There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes. Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

The room is large with a large table. The hotel parking lot costs 18 euros per night, but there is an open-air parking space at the right-hand corner facing the hotel, which is free at night. The swimming pool is small and deep.

Facilities: The hotel feels quite new, with complete facilities, including an induction cooker, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a complete set of tableware. Friends who want to cook can choose this hotel. There is also a large dining table where you can eat directly after cooking. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The toilet is a separate small compartment next to the entrance, and the shower is next to the big bed. The big bed, sofa bed and dining table area can be separated into two spaces by a curtain. However, there may be a lot of facilities in the room. It feels crowded to spread out two boxes, but it should be spacious if only two people live there. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: There are large hotels around, and it feels like there are more cars on the road than people. It is the closest to Nice Saint August train station, and it takes about seven or eight minutes to walk. This train station has an elevator, which is quite friendly to dragging luggage, but it is open-air, and it may be more troublesome when it rains. Fortunately, we have been sunny all the time☀️. It is a little further away from the airport. Apple Maps is not accurate. I wanted to find a so-called supermarket on the map that seemed very close. A local resident who was parking his car told us that the map was wrong and we should search for carrefour and forget the other direction. Service: Very polite, free luggage storage and use of the toilet in the lobby.

Excellent location, right between the famous cities of southern France, all about a 40-minute drive away. Very close to the airport, with a train station and parking lot downstairs, and a gas station right at the exit. It's right on the highway exit. The room was spacious and clean, and the reception was very warm.

The room location is OK, but not friendly to Chinese people. The room was on a bad floor.

A very well-located hotel between the airport and Old Town Nice! Very spacious rooms with a small refrigerator for cold drinks! However, the breakfast was disappointing (not very generous)! Having stayed at the Ibis Style (right next door), it's better stocked!

The room is large, with a dining table and a small dining area, a separate bathroom for wet and dry areas, and the Mediterranean Sea is outside the window. The parking lot is a bit far from the hotel, and the elevator cannot go directly to the hotel. The parking fee is 16 euros per day.

The room facilities are relatively new and the area is large enough. There is a light rail to the center of Nice within a few minutes' walk from the door. It is cost-effective

Super good. Recommend everyone to stay here. Good service attitude and very convenient. The air conditioning is also very cool. There are free drinks and croissants in the lobby.
