The hotel's location is excellent, right on a bustling main street, yet surprisingly quiet in the rooms. The rooms are clean and tidy, with windows for ventilation and central air conditioning. The breakfast room offers complimentary hot drinks, and you can store your luggage for free. All the receptionists speak English and are very friendly and attentive. I'm very satisfied.

The location was convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to the beach, shopping, and plenty of places to eat and drink. The service was amazing too!

The location is right on the main street near L1 line. Walking distance to Nice-Ville station. The staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. We got very comfortable extra pillows. The bd was very comfortable and the room was very clean and cute.

Friendly staff and convenient location, but limited facility. Entrance has a few staircases that you have to carry luggage up before you can take lift, not convenient for big family with many pieces of luggage. Room is clean, has a small balcony.

The hotel is closed to Tram station (Jean Medicin) and 15 min-walk to Nice Ville Station. An electric kettle and coffee/tea service are equipped.

Hotel Florence is a petit sized hotel located in a very convenient and decent neighborhood. You can easily hop on to the tramway (which is less than 5 mins away), or take a short walk southward towards Place Massena in around 10 mins. The service overall was excellent, but they had some miscommunication with the booking agency and configured the room incorrectly. Overall a great for value hotel.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. We particularly appreciated the central location – many things are easily accessible on foot, so you don't really need a rental car. We also received complimentary beach umbrellas and towels, which was really convenient. All in all, a lovely hotel in a great location.

I stayed for two nights. The location was great, and it was very convenient for sightseeing as I could walk to the old town and the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall I had a comfortable stay. However, the walls between my room and the next room seemed thin, as I could hear conversations and the TV, which might bother people who are sensitive to noise. I didn't mention it to the hotel since I only stayed for two nights, but I think it would be safer to bring earplugs. The location and service were good, so that was the only slight disappointment.

The hotel is in the center of all the activities, close to souvenir shops and restaurants, a wonderful room and a great breakfast

The rooms are very small, with no space to hang clothes, unpack suitcases, or set up an ironing board. But the biggest drawback is the central air conditioning in the bathroom, which is constantly running and hums all night long, making the room extremely cold. Also, if you have a room overlooking the courtyard, you'll be subject to noise from the restaurants' industrial air conditioners 24/7. There are thresholds at all the doors, so you have to lift a heavy suitcase every time. Climbing up to reception is also a flight of stairs with a suitcase, so be aware if you're elderly. I wouldn't recommend the breakfasts; they're terrible; there aren't even tea bags, so I had to brew tea from a jar. I was fooled by the glowing reviews; think twice before booking this hotel!

The location is very good and easy to find. It's a few steps to the main street of Nice where you can go shopping. The room is not very big and is a bit older, but it's clean. The front desk staff is very friendly. Overall it's OK.
