A comfortable and enjoyable 1 nights stay. Close to supermarket and all attractions. An amazing breakfast with a good variation. The room was very big and clean, comfortable Queen bed. The service was great, a welcome chocolates and hot chocolate on arrival and at anytime. The staff also arranged a morning taxi to the airport. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Nice hotel central to most places. Older hotel but does the job. Top floor has no lift access. Overall a good stay.

It was a great experience staying here. It was my first time to Nice The location was superb, easy to locate from the train station and from the hotel room, I could catch a good view of the Christmas parade which coincided with my stay. It wasnt noisy although i was on the 2nd floor. Easily accessible to other tourist spots. Breakfast was excellent with much choices and the good recommendations for the restaurant by front desk was excellent.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a Best Western hotel for the first time, and I must admit, my expectations weren't very high at the outset, given it's a 3-star establishment. However, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service provided during my stay. From the moment I checked in on a rainy day in Nice, the hotel's thoughtful amenities like umbrellas for in-house guests and the warm availability of coffee and tea made a significant difference. These small gestures of hospitality were not only practical but also deeply appreciated. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service from the reception staff. They were consistently helpful and maintained a cheerful demeanor, which greatly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Their assistance and pleasant attitude made navigating my stay and the local area much easier and more enjoyable. Despite my initial reservations, Best Western has managed to exceed my expectations and provided a genuinely pleasant stay. The combination of attentive service, useful amenities, and a welcoming environment has completely shifted my perspective on what a 3-star hotel can offer. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay, and I look forward to my next visit.

Location is very good, close to the main drag, walking distance to the beach, old town and the harbour. Breakfast is priced reasonably with ample choices. However, private car parking is very expensive €25 which is extortionate.

Good place to travel in Nice.

Great location and a wonderful view from the window. We were checked in a little late, but as an apology, they allowed us to check out an hour later and gave us sparkling wine. The hotel and staff were pleasant, and the breakfast was delicious. I'll be back.

It's right next to the main road in Medson, within walking distance of the beach and train station. I booked a triple room, which had a double sofa bed. The space was quite large after the sofa bed was laid out, and there was also a small balcony. The only downside was that there was no shower guard, so showering often resulted in water everywhere. The room had air conditioning. Breakfast was plentiful, and I always ate my fill.

The service was great, the location was super convenient, and the balcony was fantastic 👍🏻 The only downsides were the small room, the limited breakfast options, and a hygiene issue that was initially raised but was eventually resolved.

The hotel's location, cleanliness, environment, and facilities were all good. However, I booked a room with a balcony, but the room I was given was on the top floor (5th floor), a room with only a skylight and no window. I went to the front desk to request a room change, and was moved to a room on the 3rd floor with a window but no balcony (see picture below). We had just arrived at the hotel from China after a long and tiring journey by plane and train, and didn't want to go through any more trouble, so we checked in. In other words, I paid extra and didn't get the room I was supposed to stay in.

Located in a quiet spot in the bustling old town, within walking distance of the train station and shopping street, it's not as noisy as those on the main street, yet only 100 meters from the main road. I was very satisfied, and the receptionist was extremely welcoming.
