The location of this hotel very good, very near to tram station and close to old town area. Breakfast included and reception staffs are nice. Only problem is toilet a bit small

Great hotel in a great location. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and there is a pretty good craft bar connected to the hotel. Also it’s very easy to get to from the airport. Take the L2 tram (Blue Line) to the 2nd to last stop and is a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Costs €1.70

I had an excellent time at the hotel du Pin in Nice. The hotel was very clean, close to the beach, restaurants and the marina. The staff were amazing specially Raphael at the reception desk. He gave us good info on places and restaurants to visit. The only downside was the breakfast menu, very limited but still okay. The eggs were only served as omelet which was horrible, they could at least try to serve fried or boiled eggs too. Apart from the breakfast everything was great. I would recommend this hotel in Nice 👍🏼

Location

Amazing location - you can get to the transport and attraction fairly quickly. However, the cleanliness can be improved. There were some light stains on the sheet. I even spotted a mini cockroach in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful though.

The hotel is well located and the staff is very friendly. The room is small but clean. The parking is a bit expensive, but overall it was a good experience. I would definitely come back if I visit Nice again.

The location is excellent, with numerous restaurants nearby and a supermarket just a five-minute walk away. However, the room's cleanliness was below average, as there was mold present, particularly in the shower and near the air conditioning vent. Additionally, I found the housekeeping staff's timing to be intrusive; despite check-out being at 12 PM, a staff member knocked on my door at 10 AM on my check-out day, which was quite disruptive.

Great location near the port. Staff were amazing. We arrived before check in time so very lucky to check in early! Room was a bit small but just for one night it was ok

Location is great, in the middle of the old port quarter and next to a busy street with restaurants—very trendy. Rooms are minimal; we got an upgrade but out of necessity since the baby cot didn’t fit into the room otherwise (yes indeed, that small). We could barely fit our stroller in the hallway. During the second night the air conditioning started to leak above our stroller, and when we woke up it was completely drained. I wouldn’t go back. This hotel fits visitors that are catching the boat to Corsica and want to spend the night in the vicinity and still want to enjoy Nice.

Really great place with excellent location. Breakfast lovely too. If I have to say anything negative..the room is small.

The day shift staff speaks English and they are friendly. The hotel view is nice. The shower cap water pressure can be stronger. It is a short 10 mins walk to Port Limypia tram station. There is a carrefour supermarket across the street. It is next to IBIS Hotel. There are cafes nearby. Good for dinner or drinks with friends.
