Great hotel with nice rooftops that oversee the sea and runway and mountains

Very nice room , quiet , 3 min walk to terminal 1, slippers on request , no bathrobes, big room , clean . Excellent location

had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was clean with fantastic views. The amenities, including the pool and dining options, were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring the area.

Not recommended! Poor service, dumb staff, overcharging, freezing cold lobby and rooms, indifferent attitude towards guests, and a general disregard for everybody’s well-being. Very disappointed!

Hotel room size is relatively big compared to other local hotels. Staff was nice and helpful. Very near to the airport, tram and train station (within 5-10mins walk).

It's very close to the Terminal 1 of NICE airport. Perfect spot for early flight (I got a 9am flight in the morning), only 5 mins walk from airport to terminal 1 departure hall. Room is very comfortable and nice.

The worst hotel I stayed in during this trip to the south of France. No service! No service! I don't know what it's like to stay in the summer. Anyway, this time we almost froze to death in the hotel. We woke up in the middle of the night. The air conditioner in the room didn't have any warm air. The quilt was the thinnest quilt in summer or blanket. What's the point of a hotel that can't even let guests sleep properly? The breakfast was also very bad. There was no choice except yogurt and bread. It's a pity that it's such a new building and has an excellent location opposite the airport.

Very close to the airport. T1 is just across the road. The room is relatively large, which is quite good in Europe. It is at the level of a normal airport hotel. There are buses 12 and 2 opposite, which can go to the city, which is very convenient. It should be newly renovated. The hotel may be very cold to save money. There is almost no heating. The front desk service level is slightly poor. The breakfast is OK. Overall, it is not worth it. If the price is around 60 euros, it is fair.

Advantages: It is very convenient to walk to the hotel in 5 minutes by L2 line. The hotel is very close to T1, 5 minutes walking distance. We took the flixbus next to T1, which is very convenient. If you don't have to stay at the beach to see the scenery, you can stay in this hotel all the time. It takes only half an hour to take the L2 line to the coastline, which is quite convenient. Moreover, this hotel is at least half the price of the hotels on the beach, but the facilities are much newer than the hotels of the same price on the beach.
