Just a short walk across the road to the airport and the direct tram line to the center city. Stunning views from the room itself and the rooftop restaurant.

The room was great! It's conveniently located, not too far from the city center and the beach. I loved that I could run about 2 kilometers in the morning and hit the coastline – super refreshing! Breakfast options were a bit limited, but they did have fried eggs, which was a plus. Plus, there's a rooftop pool, perfect for relaxing.

Traveling during the off-season, the rooftop pool was locked and inaccessible. I had hoped to go up there for photos. The room wasn't particularly large. It's located right across from the airport and very close to where you catch the mini-train, making getting around quite convenient. However, most of the nearby restaurants were closed; there was one place selling only pizza, which was actually pretty good. There are no supermarkets nearby either.

This hotel is located near the airport, so you might hear a bit of noise, but the soundproofing in the rooms is pretty decent. Right across the street, there's a bus stop that can get you to Nice Old Town in about half an hour, which is quite convenient. The check-in process at the front desk was incredibly slow; I'm not sure if it was a system issue, but I often saw a long queue of people waiting. The room itself was equipped with new and complete facilities, making for a comfortable stay. There's a rooftop pool and bar with a rather chic vibe, but the hotel rooms offer almost no sea view. If you're looking for a sea view, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

The hotel's internal facilities are decent, and it's conveniently located near the train station and airport. However, it's quite a distance from the city center, requiring a daily commute by bus. This hotel is suitable for those using Nice as a transit point during their travels.

I left something at the hotel and asked them to mail it to me, but their response was incredibly slow. The bathroom floor drain had a terrible odor. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

Very convenient for catching flights, I stay here every time. The planes aren't noisy at all, so I sleep really well.

The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop right outside and a train station behind it, making it easy to get anywhere. The staff who assisted us were all very friendly, and we were able to store our luggage.

The surroundings were a bit desolate, and they seemed understaffed. I had to queue for about 20 minutes at the front desk to check in. The pool and lounge were also completely closed. However, it's really close to the airport, and there's a train station just a 5-minute walk away.

Sheraton, as always, is reliable. Facilities: Very new, even though the parking lot had some water. Hygiene: No issues. Ambiance: Impeccable. Service: Very polite service. Nice is indeed perfect for a vacation, even if the Bay of Angels is just so-so.

getting there : you dont need the tram from Terminal 1 (its walking distance and its well sign posted)but you do for terminal 2. The main door was out of order so in the dark it’s hard to find the side one. Reception was easy but there can member of staff after 10/11pm which could delays things. Rooms are fine but I would not say to Sheraton standards and certainly nothing to brag about on the deluxe room option. All comfortable, practical , clean and what you need for an overnight stay. The pool was closed as Jan/feb there is no one to supervise and rather cold. This was not mentioned when booking was done which is a shame if you have kids! Room: is fine but there is a constant buzzing noise which either comes from the aircon or the electrical unit outside ( not sure). Bed is comfy and cosy and bathroom is all what you need. However there is a constant smell of sewage coming and going either in the hotel area or the bathroom. It’s intermittent and comes and goes, somewhat unpleasant at times but not overwhelming annoying. Breakfast was good and you can order an omelette (as per previous unsure reviews) on request though plenty of choice is presented for full international breakfast. It’s all spread out over the whole room so there is a lot of going and coming around :) Overall easy stay for a night , Summers or hot days must be fun with the top terrace/pool thought the view is mostly over the airport ( if you like that). I would say a tick expensive for what you get but they can charge a premium for airport surroundings! Recommend for short stay or late arrival.

If you just stay there for closer to the airport for one night, perfect, otherwise no. You can’t go anywhere but eat at their expensive and salty restaurant. You don’t see much except the airport and some ocean on the roof, but not nice culture.

The hotel is very close to the airport, which is super convenient. The breakfast was quite simple, and when I checked in, the room door was ajar. Also, there were no slippers in the room.

Only a 5-minute walk from the airport.
