We needed to stay here super last minute due to the AC in our families beach house going out while visiting and honestly, great place!! A lot of the reviews were neutral but it’s exactly what you pay for. Nice room, nice shower, bed was super comfy and the AC felt amazing! The pool was nice and the location is super convenient.

Great hotel, newly renovated, clean room with big screen tv, microwave and fridge, coffee/tea maker and hairdryer, nice pool area to enjoy the sunshine. They also serve a hot breakfast every morning. Nestled just inside Niceville, conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The front desk clerks are very nice and the house keepers are friendly, the grounds are well maintained. Note they do require a 100$ deposit upon arrival and are very business like filling out the proper paperwork in doing so. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This place is a dump. Tiny, run down. I did not feel safe here. No elevator to second floor. Do not waste your money staying here.

It looked more like a motel than a hotel. Everything looked old and outdated. The rate we were charged led us to believe it would be a hotel. It was misleading.

The ceiling was nasty and tried covering up spots with paint, looked like mold spots. Room was musky and nasty smelling. My daughter and I have come down with bed bug bites all over pur body. Absolutely horrible place!!!! Cords hanging out of wall without a cover.

Clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff in the front desk, helped me get the best rate in town and worked with me and my whole crew, had a job in town and kept all my crew here and everyone enjoyed there stay, I recommend it to anyone that’s here for work and needs to stay for a while
