"I booked a plan that included a sauna, looking forward to it, but upon arrival I was told that the sauna was unavailable. I had chosen this inn specifically because I expected to be able to use the sauna, so I was very disappointed. I received a refund, but it's not the money that bothers me; the shock comes from the loss of the experience I was looking forward to. Why would they sell a "sauna-inclusive plan" but then fill up the rooms beforehand without reserving sauna usage slots? If there's a possibility that the sauna won't be available, they should either stop selling the plan at that point or inform guests in advance. I hope that in the future, they will clearly state the availability of the facilities at the time of booking so that guests don't have to go through the same thing. I chose this inn specifically because I expected to be able to use the sauna, so I was honestly very disappointed. If that had been the case, I wouldn't have had to spend my trip feeling so disappointed."
