The hotel is located in a quiet residential area and is situated near a bus stop that conveniently connects to and from Solomou Square Station, which is the main central station of Nicosia. Thanks to its location, the hotel can be a peaceful retreat while still being close to the city center and popular attractions. The rooms at Altius Boutique Hotel are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The hotel offers modern amenities, including a restaurant, reception, and free Wi-Fi, a TV, phone, balcony, kettle, and a selection of tea and coffee. The shower had excellent water flow and a consistent supply of hot water. The service is exceptional. The staff members were amazing, the manager was welcoming, and the service I received was so helpful and caring that I feel it is noteworthy to emphasize it. Overall, my latest stay at Altius Boutique Hotel was very good. I think that the combination of a good location, comfortable rooms, and exceptional service makes it a great choice. I would happily recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Nicosia.

Altius hotel Nicosia is located quite far from city centre,by walking about 22 minutes.Staffs are not friendly ,more important wifi is not stable.room is quick small for 3 adults and air conditioner is not function. breakfast is ok although limited variety.stayed for 2 nights but not feel comfortable.If visit again nicosia,not consider to stay again tjis hotel

A Nice Hotel and nearby the Town Center, around 15-20 minutes walking. The only thing was that there was no internet - signal in the 4th Floor.

The location is good, the facilities are old, the rooms are average, suitable for self-driving. The waiters are enthusiastic. The breakfast is average. It is a 20-minute walk from the old town. The price/performance ratio is OK.

The hotel is located 15 minutes from the park and the Cyprus Museum, very convenient location. The hotel itself is clean, neat, very nice and polite staff. Breakfast is not the most varied, but it was enough for me. The only thing was cold floors and no slippers, so be prepared in advance. Also, the plumbing is a little tired, but not scary. Thank you!

The hotel score is not high, but I stayed there for one night and it was pretty good. The only thing was that the kettle was a bit dirty. I was quite satisfied even if I wasn't hungry. It was cheap and good value for money. It was more expensive than the one I stayed in before with a Ctrip score of 8 or above. It felt a little better.

I saw that this hotel didn't have a high rating before I checked in, but I was impressed after I checked in. The room was clean and tidy. The room was on the second floor and the wifi was very good. The breakfast had everything you could expect. It was also very close to the Cyprus Museum. The staff was very friendly. I will choose to stay here again when I come to Nicosia in the future.
