Hotel is in very good condition, looks like brand new, although its 8 years old. Very pleasent, only disadvantage - the are around ia not the best one.

For a couple of nights, it's perfectly fine. The staff are friendly. You can check in at any time. The staff are accommodating. Everything's good. I recommend it.

The hotel suited our purposes as it was close to a hospital we were receiving treatment from. It has good cafe and local eateries nearby and the hotel restaurant and bar serve tasty food and drinks. We tried breakfast and dinner and enjoyed both thoroughly. There is also several bus stops nearby for exploring and a large supermarket for snacks. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The views from hotel terrace were spectacular and the roof pool was amazing. All in all great hotel, we enjoyed our time here.

The hotel offers modern amenities, including a restaurant, reception, and free Wi-Fi, a TV, phone, balcony, kettle, and a selection of tea and coffee. The shower had excellent water flow and a consistent supply of hot water. The service is exceptional. The staff members were amazing, the manager was welcoming, and the service I received was so helpful and caring that I feel it is noteworthy to emphasize it. Overall, my latest stay at Altius Boutique Hotel was very good. I think that the combination of a good location, comfortable rooms, and exceptional service makes it a great choice. I would happily recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Nicosia.

The room is large in size and the facilities are perfect, but the room distribution box is noisy. It has a big impact on my nervous breakdown and sleep well. In addition, the hotel is facing the street, soundproofing is average, and everything else is quite good. The younger brothers and sisters at the front desk are very enthusiastic. The best thing is that there are two large bottles of water every day and the room has a microwave. Convenient transportation, close to the bus station, convenient to go anywhere.
