Our stay at the hotel was an absolute nightmare. We had informed the hotel two days in advance that we would be arriving late — around 1:30 AM — due to our flight landing at 12:30 AM. I also specifically requested a room with a double bed.
When we arrived, the shuttle service was unavailable as it stops running at 11:45 PM — something we were made aware of. Once at the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. We waited for 40 minutes without any assistance until we had to call Trip.com customer service. Only after that did someone finally show up out of nowhere to hand us our room key.
We were placed in a ground-floor room right in the middle of a busy passageway. The noise level was unbearable — I was woken up at 6 AM by loud hallway traffic, and to make matters worse, drilling from construction work started at 8:45 AM — on May 1st, a public holiday!
In short, it was a disastrous night. We reported all of these issues during checkout, but the staff took no responsibility whatsoever. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel.
