The hotel shows promise, but unfortunately, my experience with the luxury room I booked was disappointing. The room had an unpleasant odor, which staff attributed to recent fumigation. Despite their efforts to mask the smell with air freshener, it remained unbearable, and I had to downgrade to a different room. The second room also had issues—the basin was blocked and unusable, and the mattress was old and uncomfortable, which affected my sleep quality. Overall, the hotel appears to be in need of maintenance and refurbishment. On a positive note, I truly appreciated the staff’s willingness to assist with the room changes. They were helpful and courteous throughout, showing no signs of frustration. However, noise from other guests, especially on Sunday night, was disruptive, and I had to request intervention. The highlight of my stay was the food. Every meal I had was delicious, and the chefs deserve commendation for their excellent work.

The place is well-maintained and organized, the food was not that good but at the same time not too bad if can be improved it can benefit your business. overall, my experience was good, and can recommend it to somebody else. Thank you for accommodating me and my thanks to your employees.

What a very nice experience staying in Nigel after a birthday party, lovely room (room 901 needs a new shower head) wonderful service at breakfast the next morning will be my 2nd home if I need to stay over again

Visit Nigel and it was recommended by Bride and Groom. Excellent place to say and not far from venue. Clean rooms, service from very nice helpful friendly staff! Will definitely make use of this facility in future should it be necessary.

Great staff and management very accommodating as i am a smoker they gave me a room with a balcony where i could at least smoke the rooms are massive and you feel at home all round just the place to stay in Nigel hope to see them soon
