The smell of cooking oil was really bothersome. We stayed for two days, visiting Niigata with my family. The onsen (bathhouse) environment was nice and not cold, quite comfortable actually. However, there was no bathroom in the room itself.

I've not ever stayed Dormy Inn and this was the first time. It was very nice and impressive. Good onsen and clean facilities. I will try to find Dormy Inn chain near the places I plan to trip to. Thank you so much for the nice services the hotel provided.

Really nice hotel and very well located! The onsen facilities were really nice and you had complimentary ice cream or Yakult afterwards depending on the time of day.

There is a distance from JR station. The service is good but the room itself is not sound isolated, I can hear the people nearby keep moving the chair and their luggage during mid night or early morning. It is not able for me to take good rest.
